This place just gets worse & worst. I enjoy paying to have a headache Everytime I need any postal services done. That's why I specifically choose Aero Mail; They never fail on that end of service. Move to North Park or anywhere else but Kearny, please.

POSTED ON 1-13-24: I'm a long-time customer here (i.e., PAUL PICCOT, a senior Army Vet), and used to think they were good. But now, they are no longer open on SATURDAYS at all!! And, if that wasn't bad enough, their WEEKLY hours are now SHORTER too!! When a MAIL-RECEIVING firm SLASHES hours & days of operation, ALL mail & package DELIVERY firms --- USPS, UPS, FEDX, DHL, etc. --- primarily write-them-off as a LEGITIMATE mail-receiving entity!! And, as such, mail & packages frequently are NEVER delivered there at all; or at the very least, INTENTIONALLY DELAYED because delivery DRIVERS quickly discover that said firm is too often CLOSED!! Bottom line, I am now NECESSARILY looking ELSEWHERE for such mail & package receiving "service"!! This place is obviously on the CUSP of going OUT of business completely!! Is THAT where you want to do such business??!! NOT!!!!

Ever since the new owners have taken over, this place is not the same! The prior owners were so nice, and the new people that work there have attitudes, especially Levi, who is apparently a manager. I was in there the other day to get something scanned. It was blurry, so I came back and asked her if she could copy it, then scan it. She gave me this look like I was an idiot. The copying worked. At the UPS store in Mission Valley, they always check to make sure it went through first and their customer service is like no other. I also had a 2-3 day priority that they did not send out until the next day. I came back, and she said si could not b refunded and it wasn't sent out until the next day. She said they always tell their customers, but I explained someone new was working and they didn't. She didn't care. Said "that's our policy."

4/5 stars because there should be room for improvement. No companies are perfect Quality is extremely high. The notarized associate was extremely helpful and thoroughly discussed the procedure. The value was good. Not quite the pricing for service; hence, it was alright to me.

Their receipt includes the whole address to where it's shipped. The post office only gives you the zip. Separate yourself from the post-office pack. Go here for your shipping game to be on track.

Just want to mention these folks, I asked to get their names, Levi, Alexis, Johnson, Hope and D'ante kudos to the crew. This is a great place. If you need a notary, shipping, anything that has to do with laminating ask for Alexis. She had a big project that I asked her to do when it came to laminating today and offer shipping services, and don't forget to opt into their VIP program , thank you guys. Thanks again Alexis for your hard work.

Shipped package 3 day select Ups at $118, instead of ground for $39, buyer asked for refund on shipping as 7 days for package to arrive. Went back to Aero Mail, immediately heard nothing we can do. Maybe they should contact previous owners of business, I bet they would actually get out of chair and attempt to contact UPS. UPS advised I should contact vendor who shipped. Used this store for many years under previous owner. Customer service is what helps businesses survive these days. Definitely Not the same store and have lost my business.

I own a small business. This is the BEST POSTAL STORE IN ALL OF SAN DIEGO. Hands down. I've gone plenty of other places but NOTHING compares to the knowledge, efficiency, prices and quality of service I have gotten at this establishment. I come back over and over. It's worth it to drive out of my way just to go here. They have 5 star reviews for a REASON. Trust me.
