I visited the store yesterday and employees were extremely rude. I asked for a fitting room and had to wait 15 mins. While I was in the fitting room they knocked on the door , I did not know there was a limited amount of time to be trying of things.
After I exited the room they checked all the items multiple times like I was going to steal something? I ended up leaving and not purchasing anything. Awful way to treat customers. Don’t think I’ll even go back

They never have X-Small sizes for adult hoodies and only have a few select designs. I always end up buying all my hoodies through Amazon.

Good deals, customer service not
This store has good deals, customer service is not so great, workers here are unprofessional. Most workers from this outlet not just adidas but I'm general are from TJ and they just treat everyone like if you were in TJ that's to say they, treat you like you are not welcome to the store, they act careless to you, cashier's are rude for no reason, and if have questions they act bothered. These workers feel they own the store or the brand I don't know why they act like that. This store will improve so much if adidas implements self checkout, or if they hire someone else besides workers from TJ, honestly.

Staff was rude. They ignored me. They spoke Spanish. Military discount wasn't with ID. Had to regersger with ID me.
