Both my wife and I were extremely impressed with John Correll's level of program knowledge, professionalism, level of service provided, time and efficiency and attention to detail. He showed fortitude against the minor problems we encountered with structuring our HECM loan; he consistently kept his cool under pressure.We do highly recommend him to anyone seeking a Reverse Mortgage or Reverse for Purchase loan.

A personal service lender instead of the large, out of the area firms that work by committee with o defined single point of contact. Better, more complete answers, tailored approaches to minimize costs, John is adept at putting together complicated loan packages and working around problems. Instantly responsive I was kept in the loop at all times, making this a much better experience. As a long time realtor, I see the loss of the personal touch resulting in a more difficult process than it should be. John puts this personal touch back into the process.
