An assessment for a new wheelchair was completed April 16tth 2024. I have called and left messages everyday for status and ETA over 2 weeks with no response. I spoke to the CEO today and learned the order was never processed due to "They don't do Titanium wheelchairs". Ultralight Quickie manual wheelchairs are Titanium. Why didn't they tell me sooner? Gross negligence. I had to find out through my insurance that it was never ordered. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This group of people are just great. They genuinely care and we feel like they get what we are going through. We have spent a lot of time in their store over the last 5 years due to my husband’s ALS. We feel very lucky to have found them.
