Natividad did a good job, he helped me out and went above and beyond what some of the other representatives couldn't do. Some even sounded rude, some actually hung up on me many times, it's a habit with them I'd say, but Natividad didn't do that. He was opposite and helped me out before I went with another company you guys should give him a raise he's the only one that was patient and kind to me

What can I say! Yesenia is awesome! She made me feel very important. As soon as I spoke with her she took care of me and my Insurance quote. She was very attentive and helped me all.the way. I was at work and she made me feel safe and comfortable. I didn't feel pressured or anything. She went over and beyond to make sure she can find the best coverage for my boys and I!!! I was originally quoted a policy that was gonna cost me $40 out the door that day. I was charged over $200. I called them to get it clarified and to cancel that very same week. I was told it was taken care of went back two or three weeks later was told it was taken care of and it just took time. It is now been over three months and now I have received a collection letter asking for money I owe THEM! Absolutely unacceptable-l believe the woman who has lied to me repeatedly is named alma. I will be filling a complaint with tha CA the department of insurance
