My insurance agent was Jay Duong. He was very impressive with his customer service abilities. I really felt valued and prioritized as a customer. I really love how he kept it real and was very patient with me in my decision making process. I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision, and I love that he was just really there for support. I give Jay D. a good high score of a 10. He was very precise and patient with me.
Just going over the policy with him I felt relaxed and comfortable. There was no pressure. He even found me cheaper insurance, which is much better than the one I had.
