Back with another update for you potential customers!! PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!!!! For a recap if you weren't able to see my first review, this place has kept my car in their parking lot for 9 MONTHS with excuses on why they didn't get to working on the car yet. We had a warranty with them since the first time our transmission went bad and had to be replaced. They did a choppy job and the car was brought back to them and since they are making no money from this job they have KEPT THE CAR! now that you are up to date here real time issues: they finally "fixed the transmission" and they called my dad to pick the car up at 9am this morning. HE IS CURRENTLY BROKEN DOWN ON THE SIDE OF THE FREEWAY UP NORTH!!!!!! Less than 6 hours after they "fixed the car" none of the gears of the car work only reverse WHILE ON THE FREEWAY!!!!! like I've said before and will continue to say: DON'T GET YOUR CAR FIXED HERE!!!!

So far, my experience has been fantastic.. JJ was hands on the moment I walked in. Even though he didn't have any empty bays, he still took it upon himself to come out and get on the ground and crawl underneath my van to see if he could see any visual issues.Although we couldn't see anything visually, he made it real. Easy for me to get my van checked in and parked so that he could put it up on a lift and look at it as soon as one became available.Super personable guy easy to talk to. A true Patriot!This is the kind of person customers like customers like to do business with

Nissan wanted to charge me$1800 to fix a transmission shift problem going from Park to drive. They had the car 8 days to decide this. JJ fixed it in 5 minutes by replacing a$12 sensor that was bad and hanging just under the steering column. Took him 30 minutes including the drive to get the new sensor!

This place failed to meet the warranty timeline given by over a month for a transmission replacement. They continuously gave timelines and have yet to even start the job. Not military friendly, they give the run around when talking to them about basics trying to squeeze more into it that is “needed” even after the diagnostic came back. Two different workers said the owner just isn’t planning for the job and has been working on his own car instead during working hours.Service: Transmission

JJ is my go to! I've been going to him for years and he never disappoints. The only thing is that he's gotten so busy over the years, now I have to call in advance to make appointments. Though I still noticed that people come for drop-ins and he really tries to bend backwards and accommodate. He's an honest guy and he charges great prices. Before JJ, I always asks for a few quotes at different places and he was by far the most reasonable. He was very forward up front about the costs and he never pushed for me to get services that was recommended. He does educate me and gave me all the options. Like he would say you can change this now and it costs this, or drive on it and if/when it breaks it will cost this to fix. In my experience I would do this and that. 110% full honesty and 110% expertise. I am so glad I found him and I have recommended so many of my friends and family to him. Worst service in the world, if I could give them zero stars I would. This place is NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY. The owner (JJ) keeps pushing the deadline and lies about everything. This shop needs to be investigated for fraud and sued by everyone that was or is being affected by their service.

J.J. was very friendly & honest, saving me a few hundred bucks I'm sure any other place would've gladly taken without a second thought. Went in for scheduled transmission work expecting to pay $400+, and came out paying less than $200 for only a required oil change, filter, and basic transmission fluid exchange. Turned out I didn't need the full transmission flush as the maintenance service reminder indicated. A+++, would recommend & will return again.Services: Oil change

Went in because my clutch went out. They were able to repair it and did a good job of keeping me posted along the way. Hopefully, I won’t need their services for a long time, but if I do, I’ll definitely go back here again.Service: Transmission

JJ the owner/Manager preformed all the services that were required(changed front axle and AC service) then test drove the car to checkthat everything was preformed properly.I would recommend this shop for getting your car serviced.Services: Air conditioning

JJ was the best! He got us in the same day I called to inquire about services. From the moment our vehicle was towed to the shop until it was done and ready to be picked up, he made us feel like our vehicle was in great hands. JJ the owner is awesome....???I have been going here for about a decade. I have brought in multiple vehicles and no matter what he gets the job done. His work is quality, no short cuts or cheap parts.. Best of all he is honest. He tries to save the customer money which is rare...
