I recommend this storage because of the cleanliness and pricing. I was looking around for climate controlled units and the temperature inside the building seem to stay pretty cool.

Wow — Edson the manager at A-1 off Morena was hands down the best customer service person I have ever met. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly — less than ten minutes I had my unit and was given all info — he helped me and he is the best ? HE HAS UPPER MANAGEMENT WRITTEN ALL OVER

Accommodating and reasonable. The cost to store luggage while exploring the town was more. Only drawback was that I googled the storage space in my area and got one that was pretty far from my desired location and it was not a convenient process to change to a desired location and created drawbacks in my trip.

For the most part everything has been surprisingly nice. But the other night apparently I stayed a little bit past closing time. So they emailed and texted me the next day, a "first and final notice" saying if I'm even a minute or two after 10:00 p.m. on the property they're going to evict me! I understand the rules, I just feel that that was a little harsh for my first warning. Usually they give you a verbal warning and then a written warning, but this said first and final notice! I feel that's a little ridiculous, but that's just my opinion...
