Easy to rent on-line. All paperwork needed to sign was on-line. Very easy. The only negative: There was a cheaper unit to rent on-line that showed it was available, however when I went to rent it, it was not available. When I went to the storage unit, the only thing I had to do was show my ID and let them know I had my own lock. Unit was available right away and the exact size I needed.

Kaela is a superstar! She was quick, efficient, knowledgeable and patient. Lots of storage places these days (Public Storage and Extra Space Storage) are total scams. They get you to reserve the unit you like, with no money down and then when you get there to pay they conveniently do t have your unit available and they are so kind to put you in a larger unit for the reserved price. Thing is, they then raise the rent in month 3 to the large unit price. I’ve had my fees doubled multiple times with these guys. A1 Storage raises prices to, but they don’t try and scam you into getting a larger unit and it’s usually 5-6 months before an increase. They also have a 10-day grace period for a late fee. I walked in frustrated and angry and spoke to Kaela. When I walked out, I had the perfect storage unit at the perfect price, in a great location and I was happy and relieved. Thank you!

Great prices, great all the way around. It would be nice if they desanitized the floor in between customers. My unit had stains on the floor and smelled a little.
