I went the night of 9/29 around 10:30-10:40 ish and the guy at the booth was super rude. He stared at my ID for 5 minutes and claiming my birthday wasn’t shown on my ID and when i showed him the date showing that i was clearly over the age of 18 he refused to sell me lottery tickets and yelled at me twice “NOT 21” as he slammed the tray of my ID and money back at me. He was super agressive and rude. That behavior should not be tolerated or allowed.

Today I went to this gas station 7/16/2023 two people were working Their male and female african American women and an old man they don't help me out they just stare at me they dident even ask if I need it help this the 5th time this has happened so please show them how to treat coustmer when they come in. ;(!

Gas is gas but this is quality you can feel. Pumps are always working and prices are reasonable. Convenient location.I'll be back for sure.

Filled up my Tacoma with $100 at $6.09 a gallon at LAX, drove down to this place and I used up a little bit over 1/4 of a tank on the way, I stopped to fill up again with the same gallon price of $6.09 as up at LAX, it took $50 dollars to fill it back up again...do the math this makes no sense.First and last time I will fill up at this place.

Smog Check was as easy as can be! I walked in on Monday around 11:00AM for a Smog Check ($50) and the workers were very helpful. I didn't get the name of the worker who helped me at the front desk but he had great customer service! I was in and out with my car within 10-15 minutes. I'm thankful that this location is close-by to where I live. I highly recommend this location for your biennially Smog Check. :)

I went here two days in a row to bring both of our cars for smog checks. Sean, who helped me both times, was great. Very friendly, professional, efficient. They got my cars in and out quickly, and the price was better than other nearby places I checked. There's also a Starbucks right across the street, so sitting there and waiting is great. Will come back for sure.

After reading good reviews on Google and the neighbors app, and seeing it was AAA approved facility I thought I'd give this place a try. Just like many auto repair shops before, this also turned out to be a DISAPPOINTING and FRUSTRATING experience. April 25th morning - Drove to this place to get my car inspected for an oil leak. Was told they were busy that day, and I needed to make an appointment to come back on April 27th. April 27th, 8:30 AM - Dropped the car off, later that day they called to tell me they detected a minor engine oil leak, but they cannot repair it that day, and I needed to pick it up and bring it back the next week May 3rd. May 3rd, 8:30 AM - dropped off my car. 2:30 PM - received their call, it was ready for pick up, and they test drove the car and it was all good. They also detected a minor transmission fluid leak which they missed during the initial inspection. When I went to pick up the car at 3PM, and when starting the engine, it was making a loud rattling noise, and the noise was there even as I was test driving. I told them about this issue. They told me their mechanic had left for the day, and I will need to bring the car back the next day. I told him that the engine was making a loud noise, and I don't feel safe driving it. He told me it was ok to drive with the noise. I insisted that I don't feel comfortable driving it and to leave the car there for them to take a look the next day. May 4th, 8:30 AM - Received the call from them that the rattling noise was fixed and is ready for pick up. The loud rattling noise was gone this time, but the engine noise seemed to be louder than before. Will need to drive it for a few days to see if the noise issue was truly fixed. Also not sure if the engine oil leak was properly repaired yet. May 5th - After driving the car for a day, the engine is definitely louder and not as smooth than before the repair, especially when accelerating. Came in for a non urgent minor oil leak repair, the car ended up in a worse situation than before, loud engine. The final bill for the repair was $1238.96 including parts and labor. I was quoted $1230 max for the repair. After asking why I was overcharged, they told me the max quote does not include any taxes. For multiple Uber trips, I paid $100+, and not to mention time wasted. The only positive thing from all of these was Sean at the front desk was friendly and easy to talk to, which was never the case in other repair shops. Having used more than half a dozen auto repair shops. I have concluded that it is impossible to find a trustworthy and reliable auto repair shop. Dealerships will often tell you to make unnecessary repairs, independent repair shops are not very reliable to do the repairs. Most of the time, having the car repaired will only make it worse.

We've been coming to RP Auto Repair for years, and have never had any complaints about their service. Their pricing is fair, they always go over what it will cost, if they can't fix it they will honestly tell you so you can take it back to the dealer, and we've always been treated professionally. Sean always answers the phone with a cheerful voice - I don't know how he does it when they are so busy and he has to deal with so many customers. I'm so glad that they have thrived even through COVID.
