Bought a pair of jeans from the fashion valley location 9 months ago and in less than a year the denim is already coming apart. Took them back to the store and the person working said there is nothing they could do. When you purchase a pair of jeans for 250 dollars, they should last longer than 9 months. I have 50 dollar pairs of jeans that last for years and years. So I would recommend not wasting your money on expensive jeans when you can get higher quality ones for far less. Will never return!!!

Love this store (Fashion Valley in San Diego) and brand! Everybody was helpful and nice except for the assistant manager. She spoke rudely to her employees even I felt attacked, and didn't even looked at me when I came in. Overall great store, location and customer service.

My wife had order some jeans for her brother to arrive in the mail. I'll just say there was a mix up in what was sent (from out of state) which can happen any where. Employees gave my wife store credit so she can come back and buy again. Like I said, not blaming them for the mix up. But I did want to acknowledge their professionalism, patience,and understanding - truly a 5 star response. Thank you.

I didn't know this place was homophobic and racist. Maybe it was the girl who helped me but I expect better from this brand. I won't be shopping there while this kind of person works there. Her name was Kelly or something and she was the manager apparently. Great choice Seven... not

Clean modern boutique, featuring the latest from the premium LA denim brand. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and nice. Kelli IS A ROCKSTAR and goes above and beyond for each client! She's very personable and takes care of you from the moment you step into the store.

Very dishonest. Charge more upon picking up clothes than stated amount when dropping clothes off. Would go somewhere else.

if you want to really stand out in the club I recommend going nowhere else but for seven for all mankind. The jeans I got in there are so comfortable and they fit so well. I have really legs and they accommodate my figure. The shirts are very comfortable. The cotton in texture is great. I love the light jackets that they sell there as well. The rugged look gives me that biker style I so desire! I got so many compliments at the club downtown. I love this store! The customer service is great the man working there is extremely friendly.

They scammed me. I asked them to fix a zipper on my jeans and I paid right up front before it was even fixed, I paid 20$ cash. I go to pick it up and they say I haven't paid! They say they have no record of it. Ridiculous. Absolute scam.

My wife and I have been loyal followers of the 7 brand for many years. Good quality premium Jeans. We recently made an online purchase for 2 pairs of jeans and went to the fashion valley location to see about exchanging them for a different size since the ones received did not fit properly. The lady at the counter explained to us that they could not accommodate a return. I told her that we were only looking for a size exchange, to which she said she was happy to oblige if they had the size in stock. They did not, and we asked if they could he exchanged for a differently style to which she said they could not. That it was store policy not to do so. That any exchange would have to be done online. I asked if they could help by placing the order for the exchange on their system to which she said she could not. Even though I did not like the info being received I understood it and was in the process of digesting it. When I mentioned that this was all new Info to me since my wife and i have had similar transactions like this before at the very same store when another lady by the name of Landy who identified her self as the store manager chimed in uninvited very rudely and aggressively imposed that those were the store policies. I responded by saying that this was something new due to the fact that we have had an exchange before. She raised her voice and said "dude" that is the store policy!! I adviced her that it was not professional for her to address me as dude that I appreciate if she could address me as sir. She just rolled her eyes and was very rude. It is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had at a high end retailer. As i mentioned before my wife and i purchase Jean's from various highend brands and never has anything like this happened. Seriously considering not purchasing this brand based off this experience.
