My best guess. There was a Shell gas station there. Serving real Shell gas. Now I think 7-11 is going to move in there and close down the other location on 25th and Broadway, probably a franchise. So now it's operating in a gray area. It's using Shell signage and accepts Shell rewards at the pump. But in my opinion they are using 7-11 gas (citgo) which isn't top tier gas like Shell gas is. That's why they are cheaper than other Shell stations. And if you look closer if it really was a Shell gas station they would have a top tier detergent gasoline sticker on their pumps. Google it. ? But they do have snacks ?

I always come here the people are nice and very well mannered, I was having difficulty with my pump one day and This nice young lady helped and I understood what my mistake was.
