Disappointing Experience with Manager Nadine at 7-11! During a routine visit to the store, my coworker was unjustly accused by Manager Nadine of stealing a $3 coffee, despite having provided proof of purchase through the 7-11 grab and go app. Instead of acknowledging the evidence presented, Nadine proceeded to profile and accuse my coworker, creating an uncomfortable and humiliating experience for them.
As a customer who frequents the store regularly, I was appalled by the lack of empathy and respect displayed towards my coworker. It is unacceptable for a manager to jump to conclusions without thoroughly investigating the matter and considering all available evidence.
Furthermore, Nadine's behavior reflects poorly on the reputation of the 7-11 brand and undermines the trust and loyalty of customers. The failure to uphold basic principles of fairness and customer service is deeply concerning and warrants immediate attention from higher management.
In light of this disappointing experience, I urge the appropriate authorities at 7-11 to address this issue promptly and ensure that measures are taken to prevent similar incidents in the future. Customers deserve to feel valued and respected when patronizing any establishment, and Manager Nadine's actions fell short of these expectations.

Nadine the manager doesn't understand that an app exists or how it works, she proceeded to call the police on my co-worker/friend because a 3 dollar coffee she ordered through the app and claimed she stole it when she walked out of the store with it, wasting our entire break time, completely unprofessional, inconvenient, incompetent, and down right idiotic how this store manager isn't updated on how 7/11 has an app.

They have thugs as customer service with no brain. They dont know how to void transaction, cook wings, check their stock, and fix their prices.

Beware! Use their machines at your own risk! I had all the money drained off my ebt yesterday around 270 dollars, this was the only place I used my card and it happened right after coming here. Thanks 7-11!

UPDATE BELOW......I hate living next to 7-Eleven because I never get any sleep at night! They allow their customers to play music so loud at 3 to 4:00 to 5:00 in the morning. Rude neighbor just rude!!!UPDATE 9/11/2023.....Well things have changed. I see/hear the change. Lately I've been having actually good night sleep. No loud music. No people yelling or playing drums with the light poles or utility poles. Thanks 7-Eleven for addressing some issues. Can we be friends?

Asian cashier who smelled of marijuana was extremely rude! You shouldn't be smelling like you just smoked marijuana on the job and treat paying customers rudely and snarky comments. Refused to assist people at the counter because as he said "he's stocking" my son then asked the other female worker if she could check him out after waiting 7 minutes at the counter with no assistance. The female worker advised my son that the other person would check him out, my son told her that he had already spoken to him and was told to wait because he stocking (meanwhile there's 2-3 people in line waiting to be checked out) the female worker goes tells the asian worker there's people at the counter and he replies to her I already told him I'm doing this? Wow! Needless to say that female worker assisted at the cashier. She was very pleasant, my son came out I was so upset how he was treated my son just wanted to leave as there were aggressive transients outside Stay away from this 7-11

Absolutely the worst. Big Gulps cost an entire dollar more than any other location...half the soda machines were just carbonated water. The ones that worked? Filled with mold/mildew so haven't been cleaned in weeks. Instant Regret. Would not recommend to anyone.

BEWARE of FRAUD! My card information and PIN number was stolen after swiping my card at this 7 eleven. Their card reader has been tampered with. Drained every penny from my account through multiple purchases in Houston, TX. It could not have been from any other place but here because I hadn’t used that card in over a month - I use it once at this store and 2 days later my account was drained. ?
