The old man clerk is the rudest clerk I’ve ever met, I don’t understand why they keep putting up with the treatment he gives to paying customers. He will literally rip your phone from your hand if you’re trying to have the app scanned, he throws your purchased items around as if you personally owe him money. I’ve noticed he’s extra rude to women, specially coworkers.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrendous, don't take apple pay, the floors were sticky and the employees were extremely rude.

Severely disappointed in the service of this store. My mother attempted to buy some lottery tickets, and the clerk continuously misheard or misunderstood her, ultimately taking her money but forgetting that they already charged her. She attempted to correct the misunderstanding, but the clerk got into a disagreement turning the situation into a very unproductive "he said, she said", (devolving into an argument about her not understanding the cost of tickets) by the time I got to the register to figure out what was happening.Unfortunately, he could not access the security footage and furthermore, he kept referring to the "gentlemen" behind her in line as witness support his statement. I didn't realize gentlemen make snide and derogatory anti-Asian comments. Ultimately, he ignored the both of us and did not try to rectify the situation. This was extremely insulting and my kind mother did not want to "make a big deal out of nothing" or for the clerk to be reprimanded, but as a fellow POC I am frustrated and saddened to see this behavior that invalidates customers who are just trying to be acknowledged. Please do better for future customers and recognize that it takes courage to stand up for and defend the socially disadvantaged.

The clerks are very friendly and helpful. The store is clean and bright. The restaurant is very very good and cheap. Items sold in store include healthy and upscale choices - almond milk, quality pet food, overnight oats, cheese and nuts, pickles, sushi, Ben and Jerry's, and other good stuff. The have a range of herbal teas. They sell earbuds. There is an Amazon locker on the outside. The landscaping is well maintained. I never used to go to 7-11 but this store is totally different.

Clerks were guick courteous and really appeared to enjoy working there!!! They were mindful of my personal cellphone etc. That I set on that little candy shelf while did my debit card because I did turn my back for a moment.For someone to be so kind and smile makes a big difference in these times. Made my day!!!
