I love & support my neighborhood, however, I’m compelled to share my experiences about this convenience store. I gave this 7-11 three chances however, I will NOT go back. It’s located next to the park & ride as well as the MTS bus station so convenient as heck since I’m able to park my car in the morning and grab a quick cup of coffee. On day 1, I prepared my coffee cup with my favorite sweeteners & creamers but realized no coffee was made. I was told by the clerk to wait 5 minutes. Day 2, I prepared my coffee and was ready to pay however, I was told by the same clerk that he needed to go to the bathroom and asked that I wait 5 minutes. No problem, the man had to take care of business. I understand. I drank my coffee and patiently waited at the register to pay. He eventually came out and I paid him. He accepted my money, however he told me he had no change for me. Strike #2…I told him I would see him the following day for my change when I got my coffee. Day 3, after going thru the preparations of putting ingredients in my coffee cup, I realize no coffee again. The same clerk tells me to wait 5 minutes. Strike 3. I left my cup at the coffee area and left the store.

I had not been in there for years due to the fact that when I walked in the owner/manager was in the bathroom with his wife at the register
The whole place smelled so disgusting due to the bathroom air leaching into the entire store - to the point where, as I turned to make a quick exit, I was concerned that the stench would contaminate my clothes, hair etc
Made a quick purchase recently and was greeted with a very dirty “third world” entrance
Filthy concrete and exterior
Never again

Thanks for the “slurpees”. Would be really nice if y’all cared about other people enough. Idk if the machines were down or what, but the LEAST you could do is let my Uber driver or the app itself know and maybe ask if the customer would like a replacement, takes 1 minute max. Also the donuts were hard. Extremely sucky.

I walked in the door, looked at the prices, and walked right back out. I was curious if other 7 Elevens charge this much today, so I immediately went to the one on Bernardo Center. The price at this location for a bottle of soda was over 20% higher! Maybe their business model is gouging cannabis customers and transit commuters, but I sure won't be back.

Most 7-Eleven are regular to me but not this location. I was surprised with the variety of items that the store has in stock. I always thought that every 7-Eleven location carried the same items but it seems like this one was different. I saw some different snacks and chips that weren't available at the other 7-Elevens. It is also price well here. The staff here is always friendly and helpful as I come in here sometimes not knowing what I really want. The amount of times I come here the staff and I have gone to be friends and they always quick to point out what's new in stock that I might like. I also like the slurpee selection here. They have more flavors than other locations and they seem to be having the unique flavors. This location is also very convenient to me because it's on my way home and on my way to work because it's so close to the freeway. This 7-Eleven is always nice and clean and is well stocked so I really enjoy coming here.

This is a nice 7-Eleven. It's a little cramped, but other than that they offer everything a 7-Eleven is suppose to offer. I picked up a coffee on the run and doughnut. They were both good. The you young lady at the counter was very friendly and helped me with the doughnuts. I like that they have a coop ATM with credit unions that offer zero fees for cash withdrawals.

Came in here with my son and spouse. Initially planned on getting just a few waters and wings, but ended up sending $40 on random snacks. Wings were old and looked disgusting. Cashier was rude and not social/friendly. We asked if they could make a fresh batch and cashier declined. SAs he finished bagging our items, he handed us our bag and I told him thank you. He didn't say a word. As we left, a white man entered and that same cashier cheerfully greeted him. I am the exact same color as that man, and my family wasn't greeted at all when we walked in, nor did we get any type of smile or anything from that employee. That employee happened to be black and he was 100% racist- my spouse is Latino my son is clearly biracial. I will never come to this location ever again.

Everyone night comes they do not want to work. They have so many workers but every night it seems to be a problem. Computers don't work. System shut down. Low on staff. The one tonight Wednesday 6/22 at Evening Creek Dr he says he's on the clock to work but they are closed because he is not allowed to let people in since he's working alone. I walk here because it's right around the corner. Probably will make every phone call I can to get better service at this location. It's ridiculous, seems like the workers never actually want to work.

This guys always close before midnight… I don’t know why google doesn’t update its info… it’s so inconvenient to drive all the way to their location and bump in to a “sorry we are closed” sign…
