If I could give it zero stars... it would still be too generous. My fiancé and I went in this last Thursday to trade in some lottery tickets. I don't play, but I was going to trade in some for my in-laws. The guy behind the counter started to put them through the computer, and we can see on the screen the amount. It goes up to $45. Although he then proceeds to give us $35. I asked him about it, and he got agitated and told us the computer doesn't "restart" after every customer and threw the tickets at the counter so we could count them ourselves. I went to grab them to look, but then he raised his voice and said we were not allowed to leave with them and that it's store policy for the employees to keep them so he took them back, which at that point I probably should have questioned why he threw them at us in the first place. It had been a long day, and the last thing I wanted to do was fight over something I wasn't super knowledgeable anyway. So long story short, if you don't want your money stolen in front of you BY EMPLOYEES... I would drive a few minutes somewhere else. Not to mention, it's not the cleanest welcoming store anyway ?♀️

Slobby girl on 7-8 had the nerve to tell me I froze her computer!! Cause she didn't ring up stuff correctly and store was false advertising $1 deals she wouldn't honor I told her to keep it, She got attitude and blames me for her and her stores dysfunction. Like No, Hefer, You froze your shyt.
STORE IS POORLY RUN AND STAFFED GO DOWN THE ROAD TO A MUCH BETTER FRIENDLY HONEST STORE NOT THIS INCOMPETENT GHETTO STORE

We walked on so my daughter could experience her first 7-11z. We don’t have them where we are from and there was a guy screaming on the phone .
They have very little selection in soda but a huge selection of monster drinks??? Weird… premade looked suspicious so we skipped it.
There was a huge selection of chips and ramen there. We bought some soda and monster with some chips and headed out.
And the guy told us he liked spaghetti ?

I don't understand why this place and the Shell next door are closed at 1AM and the employees of both places are hanging out in the back room of the 7eleven. Aren't both of these places open 24 hours?

Every time I've gone to this store both the graveyard employees (the woman & the guy) i don't know their names have been the most amazing friendliest employees ! I go here every night for ice (I'm 7 months pregnant and crave ice) I've not one had one negative experience! Thank you so much for the friendly service you both deserve a raise ! Keep being awesome

I am very happy with the fresh brew coffee machines at the Point Loma Seven Eleven! Half the price of Starbucks; equal quality and taste; but half the price! The machines offer various blends and flavors showcasing freshly ground beans before brewing! Absolutely delicious!
