I am on the road slot so I visit a lot of 7 11 stores. Have to say this one has the cleanest hot dog making area. When I was given my dog it was handed to me on a dog box with a warm fresh bun. Good job store 5 star plus

Obnoxious music and rude staff. I've seen them be rude to numerous people and rude to me again today. This place also charges more per item than any other 7-Eleven I've been to. Go somewhere else.

I go to this 7-Eleven occasionally and the staff are always friendly. Store is clean and I actually like that they blast music outside in the mornings to deter homeless from loitering around the front.

Doesn't accept legal ID and always has homeless people hanging outside 100% worst convenience store and 7-11 and would not ever recommend. Cashier would not even attempt to scan I'd because he was in a bad mood. Also does nothing to prevent the rampant litter. Do not go here.

Stopped to get extra large coffee and at checkout was charged $3.59. The price is about $2.59 to $2.89 for extra large at all the other 7-11 so feel price gouged. Other 7-11 offer a coffee machine 5hat makes fresh cup everytime but not here. Some old shi coffee. Won't waste money here again.

I don't know how many times I've come here that is closed early. It's supposed to be 24/7 if you don't want to be 24/7. Update your hours

I have been here several times over the years we've been coming to San Diego for my husband's job. While they have gotten rid of the homeless who were begging around the store my experience today was the worst ever. The coffee was old and sat so long it tasted burnt. I currently feel nauseated and I was feeling okay before drinking their coffee. The front counter had a fowl smell. I'm not sure if it's the empty basket meant for bananas and it's never been cleaned or if it's in the counter itself. I couldn't wait to get out of there. And no I didn't drink all the coffee. Once I started to feel sick from drinking it I dumped it out.

They overcharge for everything. They charge $2.29 for 1pack of swisher sweets when everywhere else charges $1.29-$1.50

Terrible experience at this store.The manager was very rude to me. I brought a refill of a soda to the counter and he barks out 4Dollars(like it's a command).I questioned him and again he says 4 dollars. I said for a refill.? He said 4 dollars. Finally he said 4 dollars for a refill of a slurpee.Did he just assume that i had a slurpee? I said it's a diet soda.So he says rudely 2 dollars.I told him that the 7-11 that i bought the cup from quoted me refills for 99 cents.He insisted on 2 dollars, so i paid it. I'm never going to that 7-11 ever again.I don't usually complain when a certain local store charges a higher price than the other stores.But, his very rude attitude is what upset me, not the price gouging.

They are not 24 hours. Came here around 2:30am before my shift at the airport and the guy was just standing around the cash register while the doors were locked. He looked at me as I was trying to open the door, I looked at him and ask if they were opened and he walked away to the back of the store. Would recommend going to the other 7-11 stores on Rosecrans rather than here.
