Very disrespectful employees. Just filed a formal complaint for racial discrimination/profiling at this store. I was supposed to meet with the manager this morning at 630am. Barely got into the store, the cashier, an older woman, assumed I'm asking for change from a customer based upon the clothes I was wearing, yells at me to leave the store. I didn't even get through the front door.. and I am not a transient. Instead of apologizing, she decided to escalate the situation after I asked her for clarity as to what she meant and why would she say that, it turned into a full on verbal altercation. I did speak to the manager (who was cool about the whole situation) and explained to him what happened. I did file a complaint with 7/11 corporate office as well as contact my lawyer in regards to this matter.
Would not recommend.

Used to be my favorite 7 eleven until they hired this wannabe Wang-banger security guard who threatened me for .. using butane to fill a friend's lighter 10 feet from the door.. now I know most of you are rolling your eyes and assuming drug use was the real back story here but I assure you it was not .. he also claimed I was blocking the entrance because I stopped to pet my friends dog who earlier in the day was hit by a car and I wanted to offer him comfort and assure him he would be alright.. until the aforementioned wang-bangingest security guard decided to threaten me and follow me down the street telling me he gets off work at 4am .. then he decided taking his lunch to assault me would be better.. luckily he relented once I mentioned that ALL OF WHAT I AM SAYING IS ON CAMERA and the truth .. my truth.. the ONLY TRUTH .. will prevail..yes corporate please request the video from 1am to 2am on Thursday July 25 and you'll see the cretins you have hired assailing me and telling me i am banned from the store because i left with a drink i didnt pay for because I was being threatened .. once outside i gave the drink back to an employee and apologized for the mistake.. he told me to never come back ... Well I want my day in court.. and corporate to see what I'm saying is true and I did nothing to deserve being threatened and verbally assaulted and made a public disgrace .. people like them need to be fired and that is what I want along with an apology...

I've been coming to this store since it opened. Even after I moved, I pass up 5 other stores to come to my favorite store. Not no more. I'm tired of rude security guards with a God complex, I'm sick of bad service, and a lack of sincere management.

I always buy my snacks or drinks from here and the staff is very friendly and always provides good service.But this is not the first time they have called me from a ramdom number after using my 7 eleven account to get points and these people offer me vip tickets or other things as a prize, so they are scams. How they get your number and your information from 7 eleven?

I am a regular and since then I have seen a few managers come and go. Today I encountered the most recent Daryl - he is a racist and discriminatory person and should find another job. I was minding my business filling my ice containers and he walked up to me and told me I needed to pay for my ice because they charge. Which I have never had issue because I go into this 7-11 three or four days a week and I buy coffee, water, chips and other snacks. But it was more of the approach. What makes him think I cannot or wouldn't pay for my items? Then he tried "dismissing" me telling me he wasn't going to argue with me. He is the one who approached me, maybe it's because I'm black maybe because I carry alot of bags and he assumed I was homeless. Either way he was wrong and rude and needs to be removed from there. If I was the franchise owner of that 7-11, I would not want him to represent my store.

The worst 7-Eleven ever rude, unprofessional most of all the products they have is four months past expiration date the store was dirty it smelled like mildew very very unprofessional. I do not recommend ever shopping here.

Basic 7-11. Not crowded with a nice selection of things. Transients begging and walking around outside but other than that nothing to complain about.If you have 7-11 rewards there are tons of deals on various items around the store. Such as .49¢ Big Gulp, 2 for $4 Monster Energy...many more as well.An overall pleasant business to patron.

Always come here to either get iced coffee or 2 liters of coke classic or cigarettes employees are nice helpful
