One of the cashiers was an absolute piece of trash. I asked him for the price of a whole pizza that was $10.99. I left for a bit and asked him to charge me for 4 slices only he made my transaction and said he charged me for the whole pizza. I asked him to give me my money back to which he replied he couldn't cancel the transaction and that there were no refunds. He started laughing at me, telling me to call the owner for a refund. Once I started to call the police that's when he gave my boyfriend the money back. Yelled at me in front of everyone to not come back to the store. DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE they try to scam you and don't treat you with respect.

The two new guys that worked this evening are horrible workers. They do not know the register system over charging or items and then lie and say they are there every night when I come every night and see the owner. They are disrespectful and rude. They need to be fired.

Absolute scammers. Watch what they scan. Intentionally scanning the wrong barcode to overcharge. Pretended like they couldn’t cancel the transaction. Finally fixed it, then didn’t know how the pay with app work and tried to force me to pay with a card. My kids already drank some of the their drinks and he tried telling me I had to pay for them.

Near Little Italy, we have a variety of products and food, including drinks and hot fast food. It's a great place to grab a quick breakfast while traveling in San Diego.

It was a nice stop for some snacks. My husband got me popcorn , cream cheese began and a fruit cup.
This might sound a bit yucky but trust and believe it satisfied my need to snack !!

Completely rude staff started ringing someone else up before he was done with me. I ended up walking out because it was so offensive. He wouldn’t even turn it to the pay side for I can pay for my things…<3~A

This seven eleven is small and not the cleanest. I visited it a couple of times and always saw it dirty, everything untidy, the coffee and slurpee machines dripping and sticky. The homeless are the order of the day and it is quite common to see problems between them and the employees.

The cashier charged me for 3 extra ginger ales when I only purchased 2. Which in total was an extra charge of $9.25! I would’ve went back and demanded a refund once I realized the cashiers mistake. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice the overcharge until I was on my commute back home. Which is a 8 hour ride back! I tried calling the number on my receipt but the number is not a working number of course. I would not recommend coming here, but if you do pay attention to the cashiers when they ring up your items for purchase. I want to believe they’re not sleazy or dishonest but it’s hard to believe someone would “accidentally” charge me for 2 sodas 3 more times without noticing ?

Incredibly rude and unhelpful employee was trying to steal or hustle me and said they were "only cash" for prepaid gift cards. It is possible that he was not smart enough to figure out how to ring them up and knew I did not have cash but I have purchased these same cards from this location previously without issue. Will not return. Between this man and the homeless out front I do not recommend this location. Super small and lacking products normally found at 7-11.

If I could give this place less than one star then I would. I have now had this happen twice where the person running the register tried to over charge me and then argue with me about whether he was doing it or not. When 3 slices of severely over cooked pizza for $3.49 and 2 bottles of tea at $2.50 comes out to $8.01 (the total should have been $6.61) and I hand him $3 in cash, the total leftover does not in any way shape or form equal $6.61. And rather than admit to shady register running, he wanted to keep arguing with me and tell me how I was wrong for $8.01 minus $3.00 not equaling $6.61

A very dirty and out of place business I’m the heart of San Diego’s best neighborhood. This time I couldn’t get in the door because so many people were sleeping in front of it. One guy had his clothes off playing with dirty feet at the entrance. Take some pride in the business.!

Store is very dirty, register screens haven’t been cleaned in months. The guys are awesome but there is a lady who is always on the phone speaking Spanish. It’s annoying. The coffee pots are filthy and clogged. Out of product often.

Clean store. Unfriendly staff.Came in today to buy a drink. Got a large fountain drink. After I paid I walked out, took a sip, and realized there's no syrup in the soda. So I turned right back around and let the cashier know. He told me I'd have to purchase another one and couldn't replace the one I got.I'm not sure if this was according to the rules, or just uncool. It's ok, other 7-Elevens around to go to instead. Not like my lack of business will hurt them.Oh, and there are always homeless camped out in front of the store.
