I walked in today and was greeted by the biggest smile and a big, "Hello! How are you?" That seriously uplifted my day. Thank you! I think he said his name is Jitsingh... If I got that wrong, I apologize... You are a lovely human being and I hope people brighten your day as you did mine! ❤️

I brought a ticket in to cash out for 15.00 dollar winner. I had 3 out of 5 numbers on the fantasy 5. The employee Rajic gave me a ticket worth 1.00 dollar free play. He ripped me off for 14.00 dollars.

The clerk here was very friendly and welcoming and did his best to give great customer service, helping my friend with the slushy machines. The store was relatively visibly clean. But very cluttered and disorganized and hard to find stuff. It didn’t smell great either. Parking lot was run down and had some puddles of leaking fluid from somewhere.

Simmie and Renee were so welcoming and truly keep the store alive. They conversed with my friend and I, keeping us entertained while we bought slurpees. They're amazing people who made my whole night. I'll forever remember that interaction and I'll 100% be back :)))

positive reviews seems like a paid comment, this location isn't that that bad but horrible workers. i walked into the store greeting the worker but he did not greet me back and I told myself "thats fine" i go grab my things I needed to buy at first he was ignoring me playing with his soccer ball... After that he started treating me bad giving me attitude for not knowing they can't sell alcohol past 2 am, while checking my other stuff out he just began talking to his friend and not even telliing me the price. like bro if you don't like working graveyard schedules then don't be ruining other people's day and making your job look like a joke.

Today is March 14, 2022 7:20am. The coolest clerk I've seen at any store was working this morning. Treated everyone with the utmost respect. One guy came in with a skateboard and was a little disrespectful and the clerk tried to remain professional. But some people really feel entitled and feel as though they get to treat people however they want to. The clerk handled it perfectly and continued his morning. Gotta love that he even took the time to make my lady a fresh pot of coffee. That's customer service. Thanks Desmond..7-11 got a diamond in the rough..

This is the 7-Eleven near my home, so I have a bit of an interest in how it looks and operates. When I went in for a beverage yesterday, I was "pan-handled" for a donation by a young man who looked like a backpacker. Surprised, I asked the cashier if pan-handling at the doorway is allowed and he said it was okay with him, so I told him that I would take my business elsewhere. I have complained about vagrancy and messy beggars at this 7-Eleven before, but it is so handy, I tend to forget. I find the practice of accommodating pan-handling annoying as it seems to promote urban blight and decay of my community. I invite other members of Pacific Beach to complain directly to the 7-Eleven management, then shop elsewhere too.

I have been coming to this place as a customer twice a day ( every day ) buying pizza, skittles, bananas and boiled eggs on regular bases. Felt good about our relationship and thought I was a valuable customer. Until recently when I was told that the store wants to charge me a $1.00 per cup of ice even though I was bringing in my own cup to fill, essentially costing nothing to the store. I was told that if I want to get ice that they can sell me a bag of ice. I objected saying that I definitely don't need that much of it and felt that it wasn't the way to treat an everyday customer. ? I was then told that it was a managerial decision, and that I wasn't a valuable customer as I thought ?. In this case, I said, I am not coming back no more
