My cousins and I went to this 7-Eleven over the summer to buy snacks before going to the beach. Every time we went in the cashier consistently STARED at us. From the second week went in to the second we left. It wasn’t like he was suspicious of us for stealing but more of like he was checking us out. A few instances that I remember were when he was attending to somebody else while we were in line and despite him helping somebody else out, he kept staring at me/us. I made eye contact with him and typically when people make eye contact, they look away, but he kept staring. It was severely uncomfortable. My cousins noticed too, and they also felt uncomfortable to go to that 7-Eleven. My recommendation is to go to the 7-Eleven across Clairemont coffee. They truly mind their business and aren’t creepy.

Been coming here every day for the last few weeks. This location has the best customer service. I'm always happy to stop here instead of any other 711 location at this time.

This store has given me pretty consistent quality service. Would definitely visit this one again. Not all 7-eleven stores are as consistent.

Always has a good vibe and also has a car wash right next to it so you can get your car squeaky clean after you get some grub. ?

I have visited the location numerous times. The Sikh gentleman working there is extremely unprofessional every-time. New Years night, I asked for mini tacos. He claimed he didn’t know how to use the microwave. Need to find nother 711.

Have been going there for 3 years great service always greeted with the smile this is every day except on weekends. The employees there have always treated me with respect now I was reading some of the other reviews and are you sure you're going to the same 7-Eleven that I go to because all these years that I've been going I have never seen once anyone being overlooked or mistreated being so something's wrong there either y'all are telling the little story or just not telling the truth.

Cashier accused me of stealing and when he realized I wasn’t he didn’t even offer an apology just kept talking and giving me a dirty look. Never in my life been accused of stealing…first time for everything I guess. Would never return.

I have been into many 7-eleven's and this one by far has the most friendliest people working there! When I win $2 on the lottery it feels like I won $2,000,000 because they get excited with me when I win.

This convenience store is one of my favorites. I went to this store last week to get some snacks for my kids. I was blown away by the arrangement on show because it was so neat and tidy. They had a big store there. They had a wide variety of items from which to pick. I will definitely return to this convenience store.

This 7/11 is possibly one of the worst I've ever been to. On my most recent visit, I tried to purchase two coffee cakes under the assumption that they were on sale 2 for $1. The sign on the bakery case clearly says ALL BAKERY 2 for 1$, and in small print underneath it says "except muf" which I can only assume is missing letters and is meant to say "except muffins." Now, last time I checked, coffee cakes and muffins are different items, however the clerk was adamant that the sign only means that DONUTS are 2 for $1. I asked him, "doesn't the word ALL mean EVERYTHING?" He said "no, only donuts." I am disturbed by his appalling lack of customer service skills and his lack of understanding of the English language. This has not been my only issue when visiting this 7/11, so I can only give the lowest rating, 1-star. A competent clerk with even mediocre customer service skills would have conceded the point and followed the golden rule of "the customer is always right," which in this case would not have been a far stretch since I was merely asking for the deal clearly posted in their signage. I sincerely hope the owners of this location will discuss with their employees what EXACTLY their signage means, and how to handle disputes with customers in a polite and beneficial manner. I hope to avoid this location entirely in the future. I suggest anyone who reads this follows suit. FYI the TLDR -- ALL bakery items are NOT 2 for $1, no matter what the sign says.

Went in to get an iced coffee, i was in a rush so i thought ill add the creamers as im on my way to my destination. The owner charged me $2.00 for the creamers that were in my hand as 'untaxable grocery' i didnt notice until i walked out the door, so i walked back in asked him how much he charged because i walked out before he could hand me a receipt. He said he charged me .20 per creamer, that the creamer was free if i put it in inside the store but not to take it out. He said all 7-11's are like that. This 7-11 needs an audit, not to mention the whole time he was being rude.
This place needs new ownership!
