Great 7-Eleven!! It's a well stocked store. Tom's of drinks, snacks, and all other things you could need available. The store is exceptionally clean and new inside and out. This one alps features a self check out!
There are gas pumps and plenty of parking spots available if you are just stopping by for something else.

I wish I could give 0 stars. It may be the cheapest in the area but you get what you pay for. The pumps never work correctly. There is one that will not accept cards. You have to go inside the store. Today I went to a different pump. When I pulled up, the screen said “no cards” on the display. Ok, so I pull to the next one. I put my card in and it accepts the payment. I select the gas I need and then I press the handle to pump gas. NO GAS COMES OUT!! I made sure I selected everything on the screen and pump to make sure it wasn’t me. Nope, just a wack place. It’s always something. I won’t be back.

Terrible place, no restrooms for the customers, how are they allowed to do that, I regret not taking a piss inside the store. Avoid at all cost.

No public restrooms. Really tough if you have a 4 year old on a road trip. Was going to get gas and concessions there but was forced to move on so my child could use a restroom.

This place is consistently and constantly a disaster lol. I have never been to a business that is just so ridiculous in every way. Everytime I come to this 7-Eleven, I tell myself that I am never coming here again, but I stupidly return out of convenience. The doors are randomly locked sometimes with lines of people waiting outside. They don't have a bathroom. I even went here once and they told me they don't except cards on the weekends. I was flabbergasted. I don't know what to say about this place besides, don't come here and avoid it at all costs.

5 stars. It's. That Balboa store is as good as a neighborhood 7-Eleven can get. I love the gas being a whole dollar less than Chevron & Shell. This is a big store w a lot of rotisserie foods in the middle of the store. You don't have to bug the cashier's to get food for you. You can get it up yourself. 7-Eleven Rewards is great. 7-Eleven turned a 180 and is the neighborhood value and grocery stores are more expensive now. Notice that?
