Staff and manager/owner are super rude and disrespectful every every time.
Super overpriced
Most of the times food it's old and hard already , like pizza, taquitos etc
Don't honor some 7 11 promotions
We should stop buying there, maybe that push them to improve

I went there last night around 10 at night. I bought two small Slurpees & I used the "
scan n go" option and Marco was so disrespectful and rude. Didn't even care to understand how the app worked while I was trying to explain it to him. It was disrespectful that he just assumed I was trying to steal the Slurpees. Also, the way he talked to the girl that was in front of me was not ok. Since he was not working with me, I had to get out of the line. Luckily there was another employee that was nice and patient and helped, and it only took a matter of three minutes for him to check that I had indeed paid for the order, then proceeded to be rude to his fellow coworker and told him that he did needed to see the receipt in an unprofessional tone! Homeboy was just straight up rude & in a mood!!!
It defeats the whole purpose of using the app!! Educate your employee on your new updates and payment forms because this is the second time it happens.

Marcos was SO nice and kind to us during our visit. My friend got her foot cut open outside and came in bleeding (I’m so sorry) and Marcos put on gloves, and literally dropped to his knees to help clean the cut and bandage it up. It was SO NICE thank you Marcos so much.

If I could give 7 stars I would. It was 10:30pm on a Tuesday, a beautiful evening in San Diego. Everywhere else decided that no one else needed food, EVEN TACO BELL!We walked into 7-11, Marco and his team couldn’t have been more accommodating.There was a 3/4 cheese pizza in the window. I asked ‘how long for a pepperoni’. The response? ‘Less than 2 minutes man!’ - BOOM! There it was. 1 minute 52 seconds, the most delicious and scrumptious looking pepperoni and cheese pizza I’ve ever seen.With our 7-11 rewards, the pizza came to less than $9.Back at our hotel, I just crushed 3 pieces of what might be the best pepperoni pizza I’ve ever had7-11 might be the best late night restaurant in San Diego.#Marco4Prez
