This place is a joke the owner is very corrupt. I did a transaction there that they messed up. When I went back the next day and told the owner she said I never came in I wasn't on camera and that none of what I'm saying happened. She knows they messed it up and she pocketed the cash from the messed up deposit. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE EVERYONE!!

I am not a person to leave bad reviews but this time this needs to be heard by corporate i dont know why 7eleven lately has a very bad costumer service, its like the employees dont even want to work, but this time they passed their limits, there was this lady that had the worst attitude and being extremely rude and when i tired to record her she run towards me to try to hit me, i have evidence and i want 7-eleven to fire her or i will be taking futher actions because this is unacceptable, having employees that are willing to fight a costumer. so be carfeful to everyone that goes to this 7-elevn with this black lady that i posted the video of. I have the video but yelp dosent let me post it and i will be sending to corporate.

I've been coming to this 7-eleven for about 8 years. It's conveniently located which is why it gets 2 stars and I don't want to say everyone who works there is bad. But most of them are. Lately there has been a very sweet, middle-aged, short Latino man there (I forget his name unfortunately) who makes my experience there quite pleasant. However, I don't know if this store is owned by the same people in those 8 years but apart from that sweet man I mentioned, every other employee there is sullen, rude, and acts like you're bothering them by trying to buy something. I have never in my life been to a store with such miserable employees. Maybe the owners have some radar for the most angry, morose applicants and think, "let me share some of that!" and hire them immediately. Or they are the worst business managers in all of capitalism. Even if your job isn't your dream job, and I'm doing practically the same job right now, don't take it out on the customers. Have some pride in your own work regardless of who is running things. Stop being the hardest part of my day. I didn't do anything to you.

It's funny that the 1st review I saw on this store was almost exactly my same complaint. The older Hispanic man (Jorge) at the register argued with me when he didn't charge me for a bag after I told him "yes please" to his question of if I wanted a bag. I was kind to him and he wanted to tell me 5 times that I said no I didn't want a bag. I paid for my original purchase with a card. Paid with a $10 bill for my $0.10 bag. I have no problem paying for a bag, but I do have a problem with terrible customer service - especially when I spend on average $600-700 a month at this location. Way to go Jorge. I'm giving this store a 3 star review because there are good people there. Just not this guy who has been there a very long time. I've been coming to this store for approaching 2 years and I believe he's been there the whole time.

7-Eleven is what it is because it is the same as all 7-Elevens. Each strives toward the pure 7-Eleven in Heaven, Plato days in _The Republic_. But the experience you can expect to have in any 7-Eleven varies. Google doesn't tell me which 7-Eleven local I am reviewing, but if it's the one on C in downtown San Diego, near America's Plaza, yes, this is the one with Amazon Drop boxes, but Amazon doesn't seem to have the address right. You'll think it's the other 7-Eleven at the 5th Avenue 7-Eleven, but the two friendly guapones working there will tell you otherwise but won't know where to send you. Otherwise, each 7-Eleven requires its own explanation, but not here right now.

Management reserves the right to rip you off at the cash register by not charging the correct amount, know what you're paying for before you approach the registe,r they are counting on you not knowing what the price is and adding on extra.Owners are thieves!!!

I had a very unpleasant experience at this 7 Eleven. I almost never even write reviews, but the old Hispanic man working as a cashier was very rude and not accommodating at all. After he asked if I wanted a bag and I said yes, he forgot to give me one and when I reminded him I asked for one, he said I didn't and engaged in an argument with me. I don't understand why someone who is so poor at customer service would work in customer service. Not going back here again.
