just walked in to get coffee. i asked which coffee is brewed freshly and the gentleman offered to brew anything I want completely fresh! He seems like the owner of the place. He’s very welcoming and fun to talk to.

Avoid at all costs! Was literally verbally assaulted by this man after spraying some Febreze in the air, that I intended on purchasing. He basically ran me out the store calling me all kinds of racist because I literally couldn’t understand him.

Unprofessional is all I could say about my experience there recently today. According to my receipt around 1:43 pm on April 28th I stopped in just to buy a couple energy drinks (bang) while I'm pulling out the cans the person stalking the shelves on the other side says "Hey, what are you doing?" I responded "I'm just getting a drink" showing the can. He says "yea what about the other one you just put in your pocket?!". I affirmed that I didn't put anything in my pocket but he insisted on accusing me of stealing saying he got me "on camera". When I went to purchase the items I asked the teller for his name. She wouldn't give me his name and just shrugged me off saying that "he was just joking". Accusing your customers of stealing is no way to joke. I hope the management at this location will really evaluate the people they hire so no one else feels as uncomfortable as I did today.

This is one of the worst 7-Eleven's I have ever visited. I came on a Saturday afternoon with my son. I wanted a diet coke and I saw they had large Slurpee's on sale for 99 cents so wanted to treat him. We went in and got our cups, my son noticed there were no slurpee lids so he went to go ask the person at the counter. The man at the counter was downright mean to him and didn't understand. I told him, my son was just asking if they had more lids and he just looked and turned away. We ended up using a regular lid.We went to pay and I said I had a big gulp and my son a large slurpee, the man kept asking if my son's slurpee was an iced coffee, and I said no it was a cherry slurpee, we proceeded with this 3 more times until he finally rang up a slurpee. Then the display showed the price as $1.79 and I told him that it was wrong, the sign on the window was 99 cents and he told me it was tax. Seriously, what is this guy's issue. I told him no, that it was not tax and it was incorrect. He said oh well, that's the price and he will tell the owner late. He refused to honor the displayed price. This location has rude staff and does not honor displayed prices. I will never spend another penny at this location.

Worst customer service. i was in there today October 14 at 2:20 and the lady that works there was on her phone the whole time. Took her 2 minutes to get off her phone and let me pay. And even then she didn’t even put her phone down. Didn’t even say one word to me. For some reason the last 3-4 months they haven’t been able to order the right lids for their cups. I could continue about how bad this place is. Dirty? Definitely. Crazy homeless yelling at customers? Yep. Great customer service? Absolutely not. It’s a joke of a establishment.

This store is no good; they seem to always not have any quick food made, or if they do, they will never have napkins available. I'm not sure if the owner is so cheap; he/she just doesn't purchase Napkins. Nothing seems to be in stock. By the way real bad customer serviceLady who works in the morning defenelty needs to work on her attitude; if she did, I would give this place 2 stars.

WTF! I purchased a hot dog and the a-hole behind the counter told me I couldn't put chili cheese on it. F this 7-11. I'll never go there again.
