We were at this 7-Eleven which is supposed to be opened 24 hours but they were closed or if the worker was on a break they should say something or at the very least leave a sign up letting people know. I understand leaving the doors locked since it's late but if you plan to lock the doors leave a sign up; or inform your customer you're on a break they just ignored us when we were there.

Typical 7 Eleven with no gas station. It has an Amazon locker. That's what I go there for most often.

Stopped in to withdraw money from the ATM. Neighborhood 7/11. Longest running business in the area to my knowledge. Since the 70's.

They have some of the newest coffee machines at this 7/11. Not only are they new but they work!!! Some 7/11's have these but they are always out of order. Their morning employees are the best. They keep the store clean, stocked always and are ALWAYS a pleasure to deal with. My husband and I quit going to Starbucks once they got these in.

I came in this morning simply for a coffee and the coffee that I wanted happened to be out I asked the lady that was working there if there was any way she could make more of the 7 exclusive blend and she goes like uh, she sighs like if I'm inconveniencing her. At that time it was just me and another gentleman in the store. She tells me I'm trying to leave I need to close the store and then she mumbles just forget my kids. So I proceed to get my coffee . At that time about 3 or 4 more people came into the store she was just a very unpleasant employee. I understand we all have emergencies or bad days and what not but her emergency or whatever she has going on in her personnal reason, shouldn't be the reason why I should be treated poorly as a customer. I'd also like to know how a an employee who isn't a manager or lead with zero name tag has the say so to tell a customer I need to close the store at a moments notice Then I was trying to use my mobile app to pay with my rewards at check out For the coffee but I couldn't find how to get to It. So I simply asked her as I'm checking out like how do I get to it ? She goes you can just have it. I then said to her; you're really rude and she's like well I need to leave! I need to close the store but I can't because of all these people in here. This is how you lose customers. In no way shape or form should she have become confrontational with me. She started arguing with me. I guess this is what good employees look like nowadays.

I hate this expletive store. It's always disgusting with trash everywhere outside, dirty floors, broken drink machines, and the last three times (THREE!) I've tried to come get something late at night it's been closed. Since when do 7-11 close? Pathetic man
