Very rude employees!!! The cashier didn’t speak English so she couldn’t understand what I was saying so I wrote it down for her even then she couldn’t understand then the other cashier who is a man started cursing telling me I should learn how to speak to somebody who doesn’t speak the language I speak. A little absurd management please hire people competent enough to do their job or get rid of them. Definitely took my money elsewhere, telling me he won’t serve me like I care about giving my money away without receiving a proper service.

7-Eleven offers free small Slurpees from 11 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. July 11th, 7/11.
They were very friendly and very organized and took groups of 10 and routed them around the store so it wasn't chaotic and it did not interfere with the regular business of the store

This 7 11 stuff are so rude..after 12 am they are all drunk and misbehaving to customers.i don't think owner take care of it .

Literally the only gas station in all of San Diego county where they make you wait in a line going around the store to pay for gas using cash
Ridiculous, don't go here if you value your time and self because customer service here is awful

Garbage place. Pumps don't work prices not accurate. Rediculous promise just try to get the gas and then it still fails. Complete waste of time. Staff very much tried very hard to help and were very nice but they could not do to much.

I really cannot believe what I experienced at this 711 today. Parked next to the dumpsters (which apparently is employee parking? There is no sign anywhere for employee parking) And the manager (a Hispanic lady with dyed blonde hair driving a black camry with the license plate cover as "queen") double parked her car illegally in front of the dumpster blocking my car from getting out of the spot. I waited for 10 min to see if it was a customer because I was unable to move my car out as I was blocked. I went in to let staff know and the "manager" rudely exclaims that it's her car and it's my fault since I parked in employee parking. She then proceeded to call me name's and when I asked her name she gave me the finger and told me to mind my business. I didn't back out right away so she then proceeds to block me in with her car, get out and go back inside. I start walking towards the store when she comes out yelling " are you ready to leave yet over and over... as someone who is sober over two years I could immediately summize this person was on drugs and dangerous. I am reaching out to the owner of this branch, but something needs to be done about this woman.

The pumps don't work. Skip this place unless you want to be frustrated. The pumps won't dispense gas, time out, and then lock your credit card when you try again from the beginning.

Not 24 hours as they comment. Good, convenient, always nice service and super fast in and out to put gas and get some goodies. Employees are already very corteous to me when have questions and I always find what I need in the store.

This store is very well run when the Island Girl is there. When she is there everything is clean and operating well. This location blows aways the 7 Eleven at Camino Ruiz and Capricorn!

I like the employees well enough so the one star isn't for them. It's for Google to stop saying it's 24 hours because it isn't and it hasn't been the entire time I've lived in Mira Mesa
