First of all, it’s not a great gym. You always have to wait for machines. Second of all when I signed up six months ago, I never agreed to have my picture on file or fingerprint, but this new update is required even though I offered to show my ID that refused to take my ID as identification of myself, so I am going to cancel my membership. Spoke to Manager and he did nothing to help me not even help me cancel membership. He told me to do it online. I definitely don’t recommend this gym What do they think they are the DMV to have all your information like that on file? I think Walmart does that too?

The Fitness Coach and Front desk associate name Matthew T was really professional and quick to help me with my membership. A stand up guy very knowledgeable about Fitness and great Customer service to go along with his background! Highly recommend people to come here to get a workout in at a nice environment and atmosphere.

I know 24 is inexpensive, but even still this gym is not good. It’s dirty and the equipment is mostly old. This morning one of the men’s toilets is hanging off the wall, another has no toilet paper and the only functioning one has excrement stains on the toilet seat. There are no 5lb or 2.5lb weights on the gym floor and you have to give them your keys at the front desk to borrow clips - because otherwise people steal them? Although this is the closest location to me, I’d rather drive 20 minutes to UTC to work out. Please do better. Also there is constant graffiti in the mens bathroom

Really dirty and the men’s bathroom smells like horrible!!! Planet fitness was so much cleaner and welcoming.

Noone cleans up after themselves and patrons hog multiple weights so you cannot get to your workout. There was no way to clean the equipment after use. This place was bad enough to make me cancel my membership after one visit and to attempt to request a refund

I really hate to leave a negative review but today I was sickened by 1) a cricket in the pool area, 2) flies on the pool area open shower wall, and 3) a green hue in the pool. It seems as though a thorough cleaning with pest control is due. On the other hand, I also visited the weight machines area around 10:30 a.m,., and though busy, did get a good workout and the other guests were friendly.

Actually have nothing good to say about this place. It’s tiny, overcrowded dirty, and the staff only stay at the desk. Never seen them clean anything

Don't waste your time with the membership at this gym or any of the 24hour fitnesses. Everything's constantly dirty.Nothing is kept up with maintenance wise, people constantly hog the machines and most have a bad attitude including a lot of the patrons who use these gyms. Very discouraging. I regret buying the year membership. Tried every location in san diego and they're all bad. Good luck if you choose to join this gym. It's pretty much a scam. They went bankrupt a few years ago.... I wonder why ?

I got a one year membership. I stopped going because the showers are so dirty.
I went to cancel on the website a few months back but they still charged me the yearly membership.
When I found out that they still charged me I called them to ask them if I could please get a refund and they refused. The manager said that I don’t get a refund.
Now I’m stuck with the payment for a gym membership I’m not going to use.

By far the worst 24 in san diego. Front desk workers always have an attitude, men's lockers are filthy. The Arab GM is bipolar. I do not recommend this gym at all!

My daughters signed up for 3 day pass online. However, a lease agreement was required for access? As the situation escalated, they attempted to provide proof of residency. They both attend SDSU, but they were denied. Was it because they weren't CAUSCASIAN?
