Cancel old membership and sign up again for $239.99 however, there’s a new member fee that prob equals afterwards to the old membership.

It’s pretty awful that machines remain broken after two months. Most of the equipment is very old and needs to be replaced. I think it’s time to move to another gym.

don't waste your time! go to chuze fitness across the street. Cheaper price, better service and amenities like massage and sauna. Also overall much cleaner and newer equipment at Chuze

Terrible service ?
A guy was rude monopolizing 3 machines and fight me to get out of one.
A nice gentleman approached to tell him he can't do that. I don't like to complain but I told the gym manager and he stand up for that rude guy.
Not sure about the rules but I'm sure it's wrong monopolize 2 o 3 machines and don't let others use them.
Plus equipment broken.

I find the drinking water in this gym to be absolutely undrinkable. It makes me sick. I need alot of water because I regularly do hours of aerobics. Other than that, I find that the gym has many good qualities for me.
I do not think that 24 Hour Fitness has any 5 star gyms. The gyms are understaffed, and I believe the employees are underpaid.

Worst place, no water, very dirty and most machines are broken. Homeless
People sit on the machines I have complained before and the workers don’t care. Did I mention it’s super dirty ?

Just joined, and moved from UFC fit due to better location for me. I signed up with the Platinum package and can take my wife as a (Buddy) anytime she wants to join me. For the money it can't be beat! Friendly staff and all the equipment works and is clean.

After several emails addressing issues and needed repairs, I've seen no improvement. Whenever deep cleans happen, it's noticeable for the first few days because deep cleanings are rare and infrequent. One major issue is that there are trashcans in each bathroom stall with visible feces that make the entire bathroom smell. Biohazard as well. Several machines need to be reupholstered, specifically the laying down leg curl. There are only two ropes for cables, one of which is frayed due to people adjusting them for single-arm exercise. The frayed ropes look unsafe and give a cheap feel. This gym could invest in several more ropes and a few single grip ropes. They could also replace three single grips for cables that went missing or were broken. This gym has declined in equipment and quality since I started coming here in 2022.

I had a sad experience trying this gym for the first time. Unfortunately, the sales and service manager Brian Dang treated me very unkindly for reasons I am unaware of. I wish it had been different because it’s the closest to my home but I won’t be able to return after this experience. The gym itself it’s ok, a bit old but doable.

The gym is old. A lot of the equipment has been broken since last year. Convenient location for working out on the way home and easy underground mall parking lot. Sometimes the front desk staff says hello and goodbye.

Easy underground parking. Facility is clean and members here are courteous. It's in the mall close to Target etc. So you can get things done in one trip
