I honestly can't give a better rating for this company. I'm a bit overdue, as they helped me move about a year ago, but I wanted to make sure I said my piece before I forgot again (I don't typically write reviews). Alex was incredible at communication and the moving team (Freddy, Benjamin, and Vitale) did an absolutely amazing job of moving us from our 1 story house in Clairemont to a 3rd floor apartment (with no elevator) in Mission Valley. They took good care of our items and our contents arrives in the exact condition they were picked up in. The guys were friendly, funny, and efficient. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to move.

I hired this company for my relocation, and I must say I was extremely impressed with their service. They exceeded my expectations in every way. The team at 24/7 Movers was incredibly professional and efficient. They arrived on time and handled all my belongings with the utmost care. One aspect that stood out to me was their pricing. 24/7 Movers provided an affordable quote that was very competitive compared to other moving companies I contacted. I highly recommend this company for their excellent service and affordable pricing. They made my moving experience smooth and hassle-free. I needed movers because I don't trust myself to do the move I was about to do. My friend used them and I saw how good they were so I had them do mine. They were fast and got it done right. Value was very worth the amazing service. Ivan was especially so kind as he accidentally dropped an appliance that I bought for $5 on OfferUp and wanted to give me the value of a brand new one I didn't even want $5 but he left $5 anyway lol great guys and great work

I called them on Sunday and they were available. They came to my house in just one hour after I called them. The movers were very professional and fast. They even helped me to put my bed together. I highly recommend this company

24/7 moving and storage did a great job for me. They moved my piano. I booked them the day before the actual move and they were available. The price was right. I contacted a few other moving companies but they couldn't bit their offer. The manager also offered me to match the price of any company but they had the best price so it was easy decision for me and I didn't regret. My movers were super professional and took good care of my piano. It really appreciate it because i was really nervous about it. I had a bad experience with other movers before but these guys did everything right.

I needed movers to move my piano. It was last minute project. I called 24/7 Moving and Storage and they booked me right away. Two movers arrived on time. *** and ****** did a great job. They took my piano apart and wrap it really good. I couldn't believe they moved it for only 2 hours. I was in rush so it was very helpful.

It was the best moving experience ever. I moved many times, but this time was my best move so far.They confirmed my move the day before and called me 30 min before they arrived. They came on the time and started working right away. I couldn't believe that they had moved everything for 3 hours. I expected a full day move because l have a lot of stuff. It's amazing. Not even a small scratch. Everything was delivered in the same condition. They wrapped every single item and made sure it was secured in their truck. Highly recommend.

************ helped me with my move and they did an incredible job!! They had great, positive, friendly, caring attitudes the whole time. Asker took extreme care and wrapped and protected every single piece of furniture which made such a difference! All of my furniture was well taken care of the whole way. I have an all white chair and there wasn't a scratch or a **** on it after the move!Also, scheduling the move was super easy and they were very flexible with me needing to change my pick up time due to my elevators. All in all, I will absolutely be using 24/7 moving on my next move (hopetully not in a very very long time haha) and I recommend them for your move too. Thank you so much **************

Updated review to 5 stars. The 5% service fee was refunded. The guys who worked my job were great. Guys worked hard. Wrapped my furniture. They were very professional. Only complaint is that the co. doesn't take checks. Had to pay a 5% surcharge for using a card. Who carry's $1200 cash around?

24/7 Moving & Storage, Inc. helped us to move from studio apartment to a larger one within San Diego city. They provided very competitive rate and did perfect job on a day of the move — arrived on time, was very careful with our stuff and very efficient with moving.I highly recommend 24/7 Moving & Storage if you are planning a moving and we will continue using their services if we will need to move again.

Overall, I would say this company was OK -- did some things well, but also some definite issues. In all, I would probably *not* use this company again.First, some positives...- They showed up on time, ready to work- Workers were all polite- Final cost was exactly what their estimate was, so no trickery with the price- They were very fast (also a negative -- more on that below)But also, a couple of pretty significant negatives...- Their equipment was absolutely filthy. I shuddered as I watched them wrap my furniture in dingy blankets that looked like they'd never even been shaken out, let alone washed. In the end, many of my items were left with a thick layer of dirt and dust, and as someone with allergies, this caused some unnecessary problems for me.- Also very dirty: their dollies and carts, which left stains on my carpet. As I was moving out of town that same day, I didn't have time to clean up after them, meaning I likely lost money on my deposit because of them.- They were careless. While thankfully none of my items broke, they paid no regard to directions written on boxes in thick marker (arrows, words like "Top" and "This End Up," etc.). Between the rush of the job and a language barrier, I was unable to communicate to them the need to not flip items. Again, nothing broken, but some spilled liquid and other items inside the boxes.These movers were definitely fast, but it seems like speed was all they cared about, even at the expense of carefully handling valuable items. I'm also legitimately considering selling my beloved recliner, because I can't lose the visual of the blanket it was wrapped in. Again, this could have been worse, but I would be very reluctant to recommend this company.

Yesterday I had the worst experience with 24/7 moving and storage. I was giving quote saying estimate moving time for me would be 3-4 hours and it will cost $109/hour for 2 people. I thought that sounds great. Little I knew it ended up being 11 hours of moving with total $1,526. After 5 hours not being able to leave my original place, I had to ask for 3rd mover. I have no complains about 3rd mover, he was great. He is fast and efficient. Also, he is from different company. He works for Great Movers, he said. If I could have all 3 movers like Jose (3rd mover who arrived after 5 hours), I wouldn't be leaving this negative review right now. Movers completely broke my big dresser without any chance of repair. Literally I had one of the worst experience of my life. Moving is already stressful enough but when you have movers who try to take advantage of you, is very disappointing experience. I moved before and it had never been that bad. Also, I have to mention I already packed everything. They didn't have to pack a single thing. Everything they had to do is wrap my furniture to move. It took them forever. If you are looking for affordable and efficient movers, this is not place to go. I sincerely hope this review will help somebody. Not sure how this company got so many good reviews. I start believing they are fake.

TLDR:* 24/7 Moving and Storage was GREAT* Low rates* Alex is very responsive but the communication between them and the movers could've been more clear* Frankie and Chris were excellent movers* Movers were able to pack all my big ticket items and bring it to my location safe and sound* Movers weren't able to pack my kitchenware even though I stated that I needed it packed in the messages* Able to move items to multiple locations24/7 Moving and Storage was one of the moving companies I came in contact with for my big move. I chose 24/7 because they had really good rates at the time. Alex, whom I was in contact with, provided me with the rates (per hour), details with different pricing, and what is included with the move. Alex was very responsive during our time of contact but some of the information I gave him didn't go through to the movers (will explain later).For my movers, I worked with Frankie and Chris. They were very professional with the move and you can tell they've been doing this work for years. They were very diligent about timing and asked very important questions to make the move as quick and easy as possible. One thing that was mentioned above was that they weren't able to pack my kitchenware because they aren't really "packers" just "movers" and that they didn't have the necessary equipment to pack those items. I mentioned to Alex that I needed kitchenware pack, and was hoping to get it done.Nevertheless, I would go with 24/7 Moving and Storage again if I needed the move. Them being very responsive made the job easy and gave me peace of mind. Thanks again!

I recently had the misfortune of hiring 24/7 Moving and Storage for my relocation needs, and I must say it was an utterly terrible experience from start to finish. I strongly advise against entrusting your belongings to this company due to their unprofessionalism, negligence, and lack of integrity.First and foremost, the movers themselves were extremely unpleasant. Not only did they exhibit a strong and offensive odor, but their overall demeanor was careless and unprofessional. It was evident that they did not take pride in their work and lacked basic etiquette when dealing with customers.To make matters worse, the movers went as far as harassing me for tips throughout the entire process. Their behavior was completely unacceptable and added unnecessary stress to an already challenging situation. As a customer, I expect to be treated respectfully, not badgered for additional compensation.Furthermore, the condition in which my belongings arrived at my new residence was appalling. All of my wardrobes were broken and dirty, rendering them unsuitable for my clothes. It was clear that no care or attention had been given to protecting my items during the move. This level of negligence is simply inexcusable and demonstrates a complete disregard for the customer's property.In addition to the damage caused to my belongings, the movers also scratched my floor while moving heavy furniture. Surprisingly, the company did not have any floor protection supplies readily available, which is a fundamental requirement for any reputable moving company. Their lack of preparation and basic equipment is indicative of their poor service standards.To top it all off, the company had the audacity to offer me a discount in exchange for a positive review. This blatant attempt at manipulation and deception further highlights their lack of integrity and willingness to prioritize their own reputation over providing quality service.In conclusion, my experience with 24/7 Moving and Storage was nothing short of a nightmare. The rude and unprofessional movers, the damaged and dirty wardrobes, the scratched floor, and the lack of floor protection supplies all contribute to my strong recommendation to avoid this company at all costs. Their behavior and lack of professionalism are simply unacceptable, and I would advise seeking a more reliable and reputable moving company for your relocation needs.
