I am not sure what happened to the other reviewer... My situation was pleasant. I walked in and asked regarding the Western Union service. The lady behind the counter was very polite and directed me. We finished the transaction with no issues. I don't have a problem with people speaking Spanish around me... However, this was not the case anyway. It sure beats doing Western Union in the grocery store over the line with a rep.

this place has the worst customer service ever! they asked me if I want to send the money in minutes, which costs more money, I said no but she still did it. she did not apologize at all but ask me instead if I want to cancel it. She is claiming to be the owner and told me not to come back anymore. its unbelievable! this place is rediculous! poor custumer service, does not even know how to speak english. You step in the door no hi or anything, they just say "YES?" and then speaking spanish all over which is annoying. Be careful senders, I do not want to happen to you, what happened to me and others.
