Great Bank!

I've banked here for a long time. Eventually, everything usually get resolved, and there's tons of modern features.... However, Wells Fargo has automated self into oblivion in the digital age. You can hardly get in there on the weekend anymore, they now close at 12 on Saturday or aren't even open at all with no warnings or informing their customers that the hours will be changing. Things are constantly being done to make it harder for you to move your money around, to make it what you're being watched more, to make it where they ask you what you're even gonna spend your money on when you're withdrawing it from your account. That is none of your God. Dang business. I'm not coming to you for investment advice. I'm coming to you to just get my money out of my account, and I would appreciate if you would respect my privacy and not ask me what I'm going to do with this thousand dollars that I just pulled out. I don't know, probably pay for one week of rent in California!! What a joke. Now, I'm not disrespecting the bankers, and the tellers that are inside. Usually they are doing their best with what they have and they are the ones that can help you resolve things. My issue is that as the years go on, it is harder and harder to talk to a teller or a banker. They want you at a ATM or they want you doing it on your phone. But then it goes wrong, and when it goes wrong on your phone, there's nobody that you can call because all the phone lines leave you on hold forever or you're talking to some stupid robot that can't answer any of your questions and can't refer you to the correct phone either. This is why I think Wells Fargo is In awful business. They have all the resources and they have all of the technology to run an excellent business but they refuse to hire enough actual humans and make them accessible in order to really truly have good customer service. Just take $1 million dollars off your crazy profits and hire a few more people so that we can have people on the phone that we could talk to to resolve things because this is ridiculous. Rob robots can cannot solve all of our problems, and on top of that, they end up creating more problems that then become monotonous for actual people to unravel at the end of the day. Learn Wells Fargo. I hope that somebody reads this, and realizes that your company will become screwed if you keep doing this, all the companies that are going to full automation are companies that I will not be dealing with in the future. Make your bankers and tellers accessible to me, or I will switch banks! I'm looking right now for a bank that offers more human services. Right now, they are hard to find. So I will be with Wells Fargo for a little while longer. But unless they make their tellers and bankers more accessible to me... I can't even call and make an appointment... then I'm going to find a different Bank because this is just ridiculous. It's run by a bunch of children at the top. It's all about just making money and buying land in other countries to exploit them for natural resources and that's what all of our deposits go towards. So stop acting like you're doing anything Good. Wells Fargo, get your act together, and start respecting the world and your customers, or we are all going to turn against you!

Made an appointment to open an account for my daughter, walked into the branch and stood waiting for 10 min before anyone even looked up. 3 bankers were seated, 1 was with a customer but the other two didn't even acknowledge us. Two tellers were on their cell phones while we stood there. Finally talked to a manager but the guy with the customers was the only one who could help us so we waited another 20 minutes before we were helped. Why bother with appointments if you can't keep them? Maybe it's time to take our money elsewhere.

I wonder how long there will be banks with actual human tellers? There's so much you can do online now or at an ATM. Will banks be a dying breed like independent bookstores and the ice cream man? In this scenario we needed some $50 bills to give as presents to nieces and nephews. And you can't get $50's out of the ATM (yet?) So off to the bank we go. No line, no waiting and friendly service. Although there was a plexiglass divider (or maybe bullet proof glass?) it doesn't seem as weird anymore since there is literally plexi everywhere these days. Thank you Covid for putting up barriers! We were in and out in minutes. Seemed a little nostalgic to physically go in a bank,

I went with my 15 year old son to open a bank account for both of us. I got in line to ask a teller if there was a banker that could help me, she said there was only 2 and they were both helping other customers. She just said if I wanted to come back tomorrow.I told her I'd prefer to wait since I had time. I took a seat and after like 5 min one of the bankers was free.He never went to ask us if we needed help or even looked our way. I'm not sure if it was a manager lady that went over to him asked him something and they both left to the back. At this point the other banker got up to get some papers he had printed. I was sure on his way back he was going to at least acknowledge me or tell me about how much longer I would have to wait. But I was wrong, he did ask another lady if she needed help because she was sitting in the other chair, but she was just waiting for her husband that was in line. I don't know if because I'm Hispanic they thought I didn't speak English or something. I just felt discriminated and I told my son that we should leave, I know by the look in his eyes that he felt the same way.

Would give a 0 stars if possible. My mom went in to deposit checks and asked for copies of her transaction. My mother is an old Mexican lady who cannot speak in English. A bank teller, white young woman, laughed at her and ridiculed my mother for wanting copies. This is disgusting behavior from a professional setting. My mother was humiliated and hurt. This bank is located in a highly-concentrated Latin community with many people working their hardest to support their families. Behavior as such is an unnecessary stress for anyone who is seeking financial guidance.

NEVER USE THE ATM IN THE BANK TO DEPOSIT MONEY!!! I did to help the bankers because the line was long. Big mistake! I deposited $2,350 into the ATM inside the bank next to the windows and it said that I only deposited $2,050! $300 short!! When I tried to get some sort of help I was told that I needed to call the number on their ATM! No help whatsoever. After 20 minutes on the phone I was told I would receive a temporary $300 in 2-4 hours. There goes paying my rent today. After all that a banker asked me if there was anything else he could help me with!? To that I replied you haven't helped me with ANYTHING to which he replied will I won't argue that! Thanks Bank of America!!
