Just spent a half hour with a young banker who I think tried to be as unhelpful as possible. Reminded me of why I left Wells Fargo 7 years ago. Poor customer service then.........carries on today. Ughh!

Terrible, slow, crowded. I wanted to open a Wells Fargo account and it wouldn't let me do it online.. said I had to go into a branch. So I did, I came into this one and the place was mobbed. People were having problems with their accounts and everything was taking forever. I had an appointment for 10:30 and they couldn't see me by 11:00 and it looked like the wait was going to be at least until 11:30 do I just left and walked across the street and opened an account at Chase. Took 10 minutes. LOL. My significant other told me not to deal with Wells Fargo and I should have listened to her.

I always get here right before they close, it's such a small branch office. They are very nice and cashed my money order. It's hard to get them five stars because it's so basic here. It's convenient though even though it's in the world most dangerous parking lot.

They pay bills before accepting deposits. Terrible bank. I do not recommend any Wells Fargo bank locations. No stars if I could.

it seems this branch has not improved with time. they have always had the worst service and management. some manager lady over there was so unhelpful and making everything so much harder than it has to be. why do they hire misfits and people with no people skills over at this branch. they act like bullys with their positions. they are there to serve us not throw their rules and regulations around like army sergeants. i opened my account in Newport beach 5 cooperate, they are so good over there, the best. the 17th st. branch is not that good either. so far newport beach is the best.

I rarely have nice things to say about wells fargo but I was impressed with Tara here and her genuinely nice helpful demeanor and helping me with my deed I needed to get notarized as a notary I can't notarize my own documents she was very nice and quick :)

I went to the Wells Fargo branch located at 2000 Douglas Blvd in Roseville to open a new account. I was told the only person who could help me was Felipe who was in the back. Mind you, there were 3 other bankers sitting around chatting with each other as well as 5 tellers who also were not busy but was told I had to wait for Felipe. After standing there for 15 minutes watching all of the employees chatting with each other, Felipe came out from the back. He did not even come over to tell me that he could not meet with me. Instead he sent an employee over to tell me he had other appointments and I would need to go to another branch or make a future appointment. It was the rudest customer service. Went down the street and opened the account at another Non-Wells Fargo bank. Note: Wells Fargo was the bank who was caught opening accounts for customers who did not even know in order to make their sales quotas but here I had a legitimate account to open and could not get help.

I rate Wells Fargo zero stars, but I had to fill in at least one to post the message. Wells Fargo is the worst bank I've EVER done business with. You'll be fine as long as nothing ever goes wrong (and you can live with their excessive fees and ridiculous policies), but the second anything out of the ordinary occurs, for example, a wire transfer has transposed account numbers, not only will they not help to resolve the problem, they'll actively work to make it worse, as though they're hoping to drive you to bounce checks. That's when it'll really get bad. If they can make you bounce enough checks, they'll CASH CHECKS YOU DEPOSIT AND HOLD YOUR MONEY, PREVENTING YOU FROM USING IT. They're pirates, seemingly accountable to no one. If you ultimately decide to bank with them, remember you've been warned.

Jordan was so helpful today. I just had to write a review to express my gratitude. Online banking and bill pay frustrates me and I make consistent and constant mistakes. He helped erase an over draft fee and then examined my account to see where I may be messing up. It is nice to have folks not hold you accountable for learning curves and to go above and beyond with customer service. Again they are all helpful but Jordan inspired me to Yelp .

I recently changed jobs and had to have my check mailed to my house, my direct deposit was not set up in time. Due to it arriving late in the mail I needed to cash it and deposit it to pay my monthly bills. First I was told by Carol the teller that the check was "not registered by my employer St Joesph's Hospital" and they were going to have to call. Never in my twenty three years of banking with Wells Fargo had I run into such an issue. Carol comes back to the counter with a smirk and says " they put a stop payment on this check." Continues to point at my employers name and tells me to call them. Come to find out, my employer put a stop payment because they sent it in via direct deposit. So apparently, Carol could not put 2 + 2 together seeing on her screen that I had just received a direct deposit for the same amount of the paper check I had in my hands. Could of saved time and trouble if she could have been a little more decent and not so quick to be snippy. Makes me consider wanting to change banks when they allow such cold treatment to loyal customers.

We have been banking with this location for almost 10 years, including high balance mortgage, and we considered a "high value" customer. Tried to get an appointment for notarizing an advance healthcare directive two days before son returned to college. Got a call from Jason at the branch and was told sorry, can't help us for three days. This branch is highly non-responsive and we can't wait until we discontinue all accounts with Wells Fargo. Their service stinks.

Wells Fargo CEO's need to go to jail. They still owe me $100's while CEO's get $Millions. Oh, dang, I forgot, the regulators sleep with the regulated.

If you are to do simple banking that an ATM will do the job you are okay. The second you ask for something other than deposit or cash withdrawal watch out customer service just disappeared. The non-sincere hellos backed by the rough personality of Courtney the so called manager is very disappointing. She literally walked away while I was seeking her help. Don't pretend to be customer service oriented if you are not able to provide customers with alternative solutions to their problems. Otherwise, there is no reason for a bank we are all able to use an ATM.

I absolutely love Wells Fargo! Especially this location. The staff are so welcoming. I don't come in very often but its nice being greeted by name when I do :) The accountants there are real people.. they give really awesome advice to young people. If you are a young adult looking to bank with someone who is down to earth, and full of great advice/resources this is the bank for you!

I wouldn't give 2 Stars but I will just do it because the friendly girls #Tellers are great, the rest is just really bad service starting with the lady you see once you go in and see her using her computer at front, I don't even know her name , I don't want know ,in my opinion I've noticed she only do greetings to certain people but not Hispanics ? Which I think it's funny but I think it's rude! They should work in costumer service little better and do not act like that, BECAUSE PEOPLE LIKE THAT, MAKES ME NOT GO THERE AND OPEN MY OWN ACCOUNT!! That's why I have a different bank!! :) #USA #USA #USA #USA #LOVE
