My experienced at Ulta was really good because Daniela helped me out with my foundations and educating me on each brand. I don’t know much about it but she was very attentive and listened closely to me. She gave a lot of good information about which foundation is best for my skin types. It made my shopping experience so easier. The store was clean and staffs were really nice as well. Definitely gonna come back here.

I came to buy some products for my girlfriend and I wasn't sure what to get. Sindi helped me out a lot and my girlfriend loved her birthday gifts. Definitely would come check out this location. Thanks!

Traveling for work, and needed to pickup a few things. Upon entering the store, I was graciously greeted by an employee, Ximena, sweet and personable young lady. She let me know of the sales/ promotions in the store, and was quick to help me. When it was time to check out, the employee helped me enroll in the store’s membership program, which helped me save on some items and she also explained how the membership program worked, which sounds exciting, and I can’t wait to start shopping at this store more often. Overall great experience shopping at this location and a big thank you to the young lady Ximena! Thanks for the extra samples!

I was in the market to buy a host of new products (mascara, liners, lipstick, foundation, blush, etc.) and was lucky to have Lin to help me find just the right things. She spent over an hour working WITH me, helping me to choose things I was comfortable with. She offered up her expertise but was never pushy and even though she is a rep for Lancome, she suggested some products outside that line just to save me money. She helped me order a couple of things that were on backorder. We ended up giving each other a hug at the end of our time together. How often does THAT happen? Obviously, I am a very satisfied customer. P.S. Everyone in the story was very friendly.

Cashiers need to learn that no means no - I go in once or twice a year so I don't feel comfortable giving my information for the points/rewards. I was asked FOUR TIMES - I kindly declined and the cashier gave me attitude after I declined. After I made my purchase I still had to buy a gift card and the entire transaction was so awkward- she wouldn't even look me in the eyes. Learn to take no as an answer and carry on kindly. This is the second time I've gone through this situation.

I came in today to get a new foundation after the one I've been wearing for yearssss was reformulated & caused my skin to have a melt down. Marie was SO helpful! She matched my foundation so quickly, she's so personable & sweet, & when we realized my perfect match was out of stock in store AND online she made me a sample so I wouldn't have to go to this concert ugly lol. I don't write reviews often & honestly I'm not usually open to help when I'm shopping but she was OUTSTANDING! Customer service really stepping up in this store too.

I love this Ulta! Everyone is always very friendly, helpful and available when needed. The store is always clean and well stocked. I always leave with much more then I went in for, which is fun for me!

Marie is the best at doing brows at the Ulta Benefit Brow Bar! I always recommend her. She even fills them in after using benefit products. 10/10!

This is a great store but what made me want to write a review is Marie! She did a makeover on me with Benefit products and it was amazing! She recommended some amazing products that I love! She is so sweet and really knows her stuff when it comes to makeup! I knew she knew what she was talking about because her makeup looked so flawless and natural. I will keep coming back and hope she is there to help with her recommendations.

Today was my first time getting my hair done at Ulta, and Kat did an amazing job. I came in with very long hair that I hadn't gotten done since before Covid. She cut it to a perfect length with layers, and added some blonde highlights that look phenomenal. I am so in love with my new hair and I will definitely be going back to see her. I couldn't be more happy with how it turned out!

Annoyed! I frequently come here because I love Ulta and I’m a credit card holder. However, sometimes I send my husband to pick up my orders. And the girls always hassle him about how he needs to be added as a pick up person. I ALWAYS add him as an alternate pick up person and put down his email. But before they give my husband a chance to mention that they lecture him. Ulta employees need to do better and should be able to reference that he’s an alternate pick up person. I get the confirmation emails that he’s been added as an alternate pick up person. I don’t understand the employees mix up.
