Worst retail experience I have had in a while. Possibly, ever. Walked in to buy some clothes and maybe a pair of shoes as a reward for finishing some intense school work ergo I had my backpack with me. Not sure if they thought I was stealing or what. From reading other reviews it was probably just terrible customer service. Anyway, I was looking at shoes when I turn around and an employee is literally two feet from me and said nothing until I saw him. Brandon or brendon or something? He offered to help me but when I asked for help he just seemed annoyed and told me I could order online if I wanted to find my size which they did not have. He followed me around the entire store and to the dressing room and waited for me outside. It was very unsettling, especially since he was not helping me or answering any questions I asked. Then, a female employee was standing over by where I was shopping and I asked her the same question hoping I just got a bad apple but she just told me she had no idea and also seemed very annoyed that I even asked. She then radioed to Brandon and he started to follow me again. Very strange store. I bought nothing here. Nautica and Nike were great and treated me like a human being which is who ended up with my money. Needless to say.

I found a couple of items on the clearance rack that was posted as "additional 70 percent off lowest ticketed price". I bought the items and realized after I walked out that there was an incorrect charge for one of the items. I went back to the same cashier (who did her job well - I don't blame her for the error). She called the manager over to help fix the error. The manager told me the item had originally been returned by somebody that had ordered it on line and that it wasn't eligible for the discount. No sure how that works...... I kept explaining to her that it was on the rack with a clearance tag and that it was eligible for the discount whether returned from an on-line order or not. There was absolutely nothing on the tag that showed it was anything different than a normal store item - it had the regular price tag with a red clearance price. She proceeded to tell me that if she honored the discount it was going to be $3 (her math was clearly off). I told her that it wasn't my problem that the discounted price would be low- it was a clearance item and subject to the discount. She said that I was being rude - even though I didn't elevate my voice until after she was refusing to honor the posted discount over and over and over. She finally decided that she would give me the difference overcharged. But walked away before the transaction was complete leaving the cashier to handle the refund. I felt bad for the cashier because she was doing her job and her manager was clearly NOT. What should have been a quick and easy transaction turned into an interaction with a manager who could easily have retained a customer to her location but instead lost any more of my business.

Horrible customer service. I called their store to check if they had a pair of shoes in stock in my size since the drive is far away. When I called their store the sales representative was rude and stated that they did not have time to look up the item I requested(my phone was on speaker). My mom heard and called the store back moments later and the same sales representative was much nicer and for her looked in their database. The underlying criticism is that they are not helping their customer base and are unfriendly.

Probably the most unwelcoming Tillys I've ever been to. Walked in with the intent of buying some shirts. Literally walked in and was stared at by the workers and they just walked away with no greeting. No one offered to help me or ask me if I had any questions about finding anything. I thought okay whatever it's approaching the end of the day they're probably tired. Then I noticed they started greeting other people that walked in after me (all white people btw & I'm Asian) Racist much?? Shout out to the one dude with a curly haired mullet working on Monday May 2nd around 6:45 PM and other white girl who was at the shoe area that completely ignored me. Thank you for making me feel unwelcome in your store.

Not sure if this store was having an off day but there were 5 customers in line to check out, with only one person working the register. If they were short staffed I wouldn't be leaving this review. Problem was there were 3 other employees just folding clothes. One walked by me 10 times holding a shirt looking like he was lost. When I finally made it to the cash register, I ask why he was the only one working the register and why the other employees weren't helping? I was told it wasn't their job. Seems to me that helping customers were their job. Silly me for thinking I should have been helped sooner.

Manny and Leah were both rude multiple times in the store. Items on the 50% off racks aren't actually 50% off, not a single markdown tag on any of the items we looked at but thats what they looked for at the register.

Went to this location to make some of my purchases, and when i got home . Some of the antitheft locks still on my new clothes, So i called that same day , spoke to someone at the time And they simply said come when u can. So we can fix your problem. Then pandemic happen and your store was closed also ,so today i finally have tine to make a trip . And i get to meet the mist useless manager ... she was no help at all. She refused to provide any information that i asked, such as area director # or name . Her answer was go to the website. ... she also refuse to provide her name. Im sure there are several managers in that store . The one who i met was fat . And short , dark hair .
Hope she gets a little of traning. I can see she has less than 1 year of experience.

Horrible customer service, will NEVER come back. Went in to pick up 3 backpacks that I had ordered online. When I walked in I stood in front of the register where an employee was (Blonde lady, the manager named Leah I believe). 2 minutes passed and she didn't even look up to acknowledge me (I was 3 feet from her). There was 3-4 employees working that I could see & not one approached me to ask if I needed help. Finally another register opened up and I was helped by another employee who seemed brand new and inexperienced. He needed assistance to do the pick up so the manager came over to help but she was annoyed because it inconvenienced her (at least that's how I felt). The place had a horrible vibe. Felt bad for the other employees that had to work there. Obviously poorly ran with incompetent leadership.

Super nice and amazing selection all for a somewhat affordable price. The line is incredibly long though. Definitely needs an extra person at the counter.

Then I watched sales person Marti walk up with a customer and start ringing them up after we had been waiting at least 16 minutes. When I told her that we were already in line she told me that this was just a small transaction. I told her that my transaction was small too but I've been waiting. She told me oh OK thank you in a very condescending way.I asked for her manager, who backed her up and said oh she would never act that way. Let me tell you that you can read my other reviews and I am not somebody who complains. They covered their badges when I asked for names. The manager threatened to make me leave the store if I continued. The thing is, I was completely calm and in no way a threat to anyone. Sorry Tillys, but you need a new crew and definitely a new manager.
