If I could choose less than 1 star I would. The loss prevention at this store is appalling. They better get their folks focusing on the real thiefs. Straight looking for a lawsuit! Disgusting behavior. Today this Target not only lost my business but Target as a whole. To chase a minor out of a store accusing them of theft WHEN THE 1 DOLLAR hot wheels car had been paid for is absolutely insane to me. My child had paid at a cashier - not even self checkout, then told me he was going back to look for a special edition drink in the soda section. I then went outside and waited for him. As he is walking out a "loss prevention" person was chasing after him yelling. At this point I intervened. The loss prevention guy then literally backed in through the doors and told me he has the right.... oh buddy my minor has rights too. And I wonder how this would have gone down had I not happen to be standing there. As we were walking to our car I was informed that this apparently is common practice at this location. Never, EVER will I go to a Target again. This experience was it... done with this organization!!

The manager had a bag of popcorn in his hand, was SMACKING his lips, eating so loud with his mouth open all while directing his employees what to do in the hygiene/body wash section. It was so unhygienic, weird and disturbing. It was a lot more disturbing and obnoxious than the middle schoolers all pushing each other in the carts being loud.

This is a great target in my local region. There grocery section is better than others, and they are sufficiently stocked in most departments. I love that they have plenty of cashiers open as well as self checkout so I can get in and out.

Well, my husband snd I went into the store to get some apple electronics and no one was in the department. There were us and 3 others needing help. We waiting a while a while, and then I went up to the register to get help. The gal said no one was in the department and she would TRY and get someone to help. I would think you'd definitely have someone there as people have a lot of questions when it comes to electronics. Couldn't wait, so you lost a few big sales. We are in our way to Best Buy.

No cashiers, no business. That's how this is is going to work for you. Fuck you target! If you can have someone on the floor to stare at people stupid enough to work for you for free at self check, you can have someone on the floor to open another register. Last night I came in just to pick a couple quick items, and there was only one cashier open with tons of people on the clock around the store, two people dicking around in the returns and the only other register with self check out. I don't work for your company, I'm the customer . Not only do I resent not having people who are motivated to open another register, you are nickel and diming people because you're not willing to hire more cashiers or baggers even though you are a multi multi million dollar company. That's disgraceful. I just wanted to let you know I took all the shit that I was going to buy last night and I threw it in about 15 different places all across your store because all you had was self check. Some of it will probably go rotten. You can take the money that you tried to penny pinch on extra cashiers and baggers, and now you can go spend it on putting away, go backs, and the losses from the rotten produce for wasting my time. You should care about what people's customer experience is from the time they enter to the time that they leave and how you could make it be the best that it could be. Every time I come in if I only see self check open or one cashier with 7 people with full baskets. and no one is hustling to open up I'm going to keep doing this and you can keep taking the losses until you knock that shit off .

This is for the pharmacy in-store. Don't bother getting your prescriptions here. I've been here a few times now and every time they don't have the prescriptions I need. This last time they sent me to another pharmacy and after I specifically asked them to send me to one that is Kaiser affiliated I was sent to a pharmacy that did not take my Kaiser insurance. I then had to call another Kaiser pharmacy to have them call the pharmacy I was at to have them transfer my medication. Not the brightest people working there.

I placed in order on the Target App for customer in store pickup. It was a relatively large order with a lot of small items and when my son brought the bags home I noticed several items were missing. I promptly called the store and spoke with Kathy in customer service. She was very kind, professional, and patient with me as I named each item off the receipt missing from the bags. She called shortly thereafter to follow up and let me know the missing items were ready to be picked up and even added a $5 gift card for the inconvenience of making the second trip to the store. Accidents happen, and my son should have checked before leaving the store, but I really appreciate her follow through and attentiveness to make the order right!Target is lucky to have a customer friendly team member like her.Thanks Kathy!Rachel

Worst customer service and hasn't gotten better... they will can seem to never help the customer, if you explain things to them politely they usually don't know how to help, self check out is the only lane usually open. Customer service has 1 person working it most of the time and they're not very kind usually. I do try to avoid speaking to any of their staff, but once in awhile I have to and every experience has been worse than the one before.

One of my favorite target locations! Not only is it surrounded by beautiful mountain side, but the store is always clean, never over crowded, and has friendly staff.

They never have enough cash registers open! They mainly rely on self check out. Which creates long lines.

I was charged twice for a single item I purchased here. When I brought my receipt in to to my local Target to get refunded, I was told they could not because it would mess up their inventory?!! Like that doesn’t even begin to make sense. I’m not returning the item, you charged me twice for a single item. But I am not surprised. I regularly have issues with the way Target handles their purchases. Their online prices don’t always match what you’re charged in the store. Regularly I see the price on the sticker in the store and when I get to the register the item is a dollar or more expensive. Check your receipt folks!! Target is banking on you not noticing a few dollars here and there. If the price doesn’t match, ask them to match it which I will say they are sometimes good about. End of rant/
