I recently had a fantastic experience at T-Mobile, and I couldn’t be happier with both their service and the management of the store. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the process of upgrading my phone and finding the best plan for my needs. The manager, in particular, stood out with their exceptional customer service skills. They ensured that everything went smoothly and even provided valuable insights into the latest devices and plans. I left the store feeling well taken care of and with a great new phone in hand. Kudos to the entire team, especially the manager, for their outstanding service!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 10 years and have been to many locations throughout SoCal and the east coast and I have to say, by far, my best experience! This past September was I went to this store and Sergio as my sales rep. I switched my son's carrier to join my plan, traded in his old iPhone and got a new one and it was the easiest transaction I've EVER had. Not to mention how helpful and knowledgable Sergio was. He walked me through ever aspect of the upgraded phone and I left there extremely satisfied. The whole staff is so welcoming to their customers and the way they speak & interact with each other is the definition of teamwork.

Isabela was wonderful! I had a very positive experience at this T-Mobile location. She was very helpful and patient and helped me with all my devices and stayed even though her shift ended. I was very happy and am glad I switched to TMobile!

Their sales guy Matthew went above and beyond to help me with a home Internet system opened up the box for me got it all set up and ready to plug and play as soon as I got home I only needed to sign in to the Wi-Fi

My best experience. I've been a loyal T-Mobile customer for a while now, and my recent visit to the local store once again reinforced why I choose T-Mobile. The service is consistently top-notch, and the manager of the shop deserves special recognition. The manager and their team are always friendly, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to assist customers. During my last visit, the manager provided expert advice, helping me switch to a better plan that saved me money without compromising on features. I can't praise them and the staff enough for their exceptional service and dedication. Thanks, T-Mobile, for the excellent customer experience!

Sergio here helped me out with a huge upgrade on my phone getting me to the new iPhone 15 as well as a free Apple Watch. Great customer service and professionalism was displayed during our interaction. I can confidently say I’m proud to be with T Mobile because of individuals like such.

If I can give it a zero I would!! As long as I have been a T-Mobile customer never I will I EVER step a foot into this San Clemente T-Mobile. I never been treated poorly. And this individual representing T-Mobile SHAME ON HIM!! They are all RUDE & definitely not helpful. Ayran called himself the manager last four of his sales rep #****092 he was not helpful at all, wanted to sit and argue with me on a refund matter. I had called 611 in the store to actually hear his behavior. People stay away from this so called T-Mobile store go to an actual T-Mobile or call 611 they treat you kind and with respect.

The so called 'manager' Benjamin totally BSed his way through my sale. I got 2 phones there...I didn't find out until I had to go to another tmobile becuase he didn't activate one correctly. Upon that visit (it's a corporate store) I learned that the protection I asked for was never included. He sold me on 3 of these tracker brick things saying they were free...which I said I'd never use anyway but I took them..however he never told me there was a monthly service charge for each one. I also found out this is a licensee/franchise... please find an actually Tmobile corporate store and stay away from this one. Appears to me that they get commission, hence him trying to sell me all these add-ons

Please be careful when you visit that store, they will sell you stuff and make you feel it is free. You will find out later it is not free and you have to pay for it, and it is too late to cancel service. The process to get new phone or trade takes hours, so you are so tired by that time and sign whatever without looking. So be careful and don't get fool by free stuff. I don't recommend them at all, they are honest, or have any ethics or integrity. They have done it twice to me and my wife, I am fed up and ready to move back to Verizon.

Big Shout-out to T-Mobile reps Ariyan and Mariam for assisting me in upgrading my old Galaxy S8 to a new Moto G! I was not even intending to upgrade my phone at the time but Mariam saw my damaged phone and helped me with a low cost upgrade! Ariyan took his time and transferred all of my phone information to the new one. I was also asked about my home internet. They let me take a T-Mobile home internet system home to try out to see if it worked where I live. The T-Mobile home internet worked like a charm and I was able to say bye-bye to the expensive Cox internet and save 40.00 per month! Great staff and I would definitely recommend this location. Next time my sister comes for a visit I will definitely bring her there and upgrade her phone!Thanks again for your help :) A++++

The salesperson supposedly could not get my spare phone to work until I sealed the deal on a new phone that I did not need because immediately following completing the sale, he said the phone I came in with miraculously started working. He knew that I had a dying family member on the East Coast and needed to maintain communication. It was an unscrupulous sales move.

Unfortunately misery continues to be part of the experience being with T-mobile, employees via 611 and in store wont do simple tasks to fix problems when their hardware doesn’t work. Thanks now im back on hold for another hour on 611 because you refuse to exchange a internet gateway you sold me. Great that 611 told me to do it in store and waste more time and gas. Just gonna pay for another week of service on a device that doesn’t work. Maybe have hardware that works before rolling out your home internet, just a thought. PatheticUpdate: thanks to your store now even the device was lost in the mail and t mobile is trying to charge me $220 for it. Unbelievable how a company cant fail at every single step of a simple task! So many chances for you guys to lift a finger but your employees would rather stare at the wall. So so bad at your jobs, and it costs people real money. Just the worst…
