Zero customer service. The lady was initially quite friendly on the phone, but upon my arrival, I was treated terribly. She immediately asserted her mask mandate "powers". She was very impatient as she tried to explain where I was supposed to go. She sent me to a locked gate I could not enter. Sent me by myself to find and look at a 10x10 storage unit, that I was unable to locate in the nightmare maze of units. She should not be working with the general public if she's THAT terrified of dying of the "plaque". Horrible customer service.

Connie is incredible. I needed to find a space that was affordable and safe due to an unexpected move. She reviewed my needs and worked her magic to accommodate what was an urgent situation. The rates are very fair given the area, and with customer service like this, what else is there to say?

I was very impressed with the wonderful customer service provided by this company when I called. Full Disclosure, I did not rent a unit as they were out of the one I needed, however, they were able to still take the time to discuss options with me and refer me to a nearby competitor just to ensure that I was able to get assisted. Also the company I was referred to had excellent service as well. Very impressed that they bothered to do this for a non paying client.

Local business with a small business vibe and great service. We've been here many years and have never had an issue to speak of. Very reasonable rates, good security for our stuff, and the staff has always been easy to work with. Definitely recommended if you're looking for reasonably inexpensive storage in town.

Lady at the front desk was very helpful and I didn't know what size storage I needed but she informed me that if I needed to downsize or upgrade I can. I was in and out in 10 mins after doing all the paperwork. Military discount every month is a bonus!

My husband and I have never had to use a storage unit before until our move to San Clemente and our experience with Cheap Storage has been nothing but positive. The facility is clean and secure with easy access to and from units. The pricing is competitive and a bit more cost effective than other facilities we looked into within this area. On moving day, we spent all day at the storage unit as we did not have a car, while the movers unpacked. Stephanie at the front desk was extremely hospitable and made us as comfortable as possible during our long wait. We were hungry and tired and unable to leave and Stephanie even offered to share her lunch she had brewing in the crock pot. She also went far beyond the call of duty by arranging it such that we could be able to pick up our car. A big thanks for Cheap Storage and especially Stephanie to a positive moving day experience.
