Gwen is the first person to ask me, "May I help you? " in any beauty supply store EVER! I'm almost 50. So it kinda says a lot. She wound up being vital to my IFE and my purchase decision making process, even while ringing us up. I wound up coming back for some little black combs and Lizzie got me in and out super quick. The employees were super friendly, insightful, and tolerant of my product ignorance. I will not shop anywhere else. Thank you ladies!

I am a fan of Sally's, anyhow. But Anna, at this location, is just such a delightful and knowledgeable ray of sunshine (and I know I may have opened you up to unmerciful teasing,sorry?)-that you all should know about her. She solves problems with ease, is a great detective, and chemist! Just what we need when you have hair issues. Top all that off with her charming and bubbly personality (yes ?) and you're in for a great experience ??

Gwen is literally such an amazing person to have guide you on your at home hair journey! They've single handedly taken the time to answer any questions I've had, provide the most helpful tips when I've called, guided me through my "I want to go back to my natural color" and "I'm feeling impulsive, let's go back to white!!" They've been such an amazing person to work with on my hair journey, and I have nothing but the most positive experiences with her. I can't recommend her enough if you get a chance to have her help you in store :-)

Dont buy any electronic products from Sally's!!Sallys has a quiet ALL sales final policy that is not disclosed at purchase. I purchased wireless trimmers that I discovered were defective after fully charging overnight. In less than 24 hr with receipt in hand cashier refused to refund or replace and had me call Sally customer service who repeated the company line about not being able to return an open product. The delima is that you have to open the box in order to charge the product!! We buy under the assumption that the product is in working order so why are we being punished when the manufacturer doesn't deliver!? Good service would be for Sally's to make the return to the customer and let Sally's send the item back to the manufacturer.Buy your electric beauty products from Amazon!!! The item was less expensive, same day delivery and guaranteed return with ups scan code!!Poor retail service is why Amazon is taking over! Never again! Sally's lost me as a customer especially for expensive electronics.

visited this store saturday , walked in looking for hair products/ nail products, I had several questions for Lexi, the associate who has really really bad customer service " skills, as well as a horrible negative sad, depressive attitude - she sat the entire time on her little black chair with her dark" demeanor- without looking up at me or getting up to assist me , instead she pointed to the product and stated she was too busy ! this is one of the worst " people I've come across in a very long time in a retail setting as well as in general ... she was rude, mean and dark" should not be around people and within a retail environment at all what a strange girl " literally a girl "she refused to ring up my purchase as I told her she needed to stop playing on her phone and ring me up, she refused.called corporate offices on her and hopefully this horrible girl will not be there much longer, PLEASE STOP HIRING BAD PEOPLE TO WORK IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE / PEOPLE ENVIRONMENT , THIS ONE DEFINATELY BELONGS IN A ROLE WHERE SHE CAN WORK ALONE

I absolutely love this Sally's! I use this location for all my hair needs and every time I've been in there, the employees are always so so nice and helpful! I especially love Gwen! She's the sweetest and she helped me find everything I need for my high maintenance hair! I believe she is the manager there and she's definitely one of the best managers I've ever met! Could not reccomend this Sally's and Gwen enough! So great!!

Lovely place, fair prices, the staff is very helpful and great . One of the young girls that worked there with the black hair and purple streaks in her hair don't remember her name tho however was very helpful to me and seemed very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable Shopping there and I recieved great advice from that young lady regarding the products I was interested in, over all a great experience and would come again when I need something in the future. Would recommend this place.

I just came to Sally's to buy stuff to tone my orange hair, and was immediately greeted by friendly staff member. This location is HUGE & very clean. The girl who helped had short blue & glasses- her customer service was superior. She helped me get everything I need so efficiently and was incredibly knowledgeable. Will be back!

the manager was so nice and helpful. i believe her name was Krissy. she helped me with everything i needed and i'm new to the area so i needed it. she was very friendly and the store itself is very open and well put together. it's super clean too :))

Morgan and Felicity ROCK!!! During this time of quarantine many have soaked their nails off to opt for natural. My nails were in bad shape (although not as bad as I thought) so I drove by and saw that Felicity was handing a customer a bag. I had not shopped on line because I was CLUELESS about what I needed. What I needed were these two wonderful young ladies to answer my questions. They had their PPE on and cracked the door (enough to be friendly!). I proceeded to ask many questions and Morgan took me step by step. I left Sallys with 3 products, confidence to do this and feeling great about our future because Morgan and Felicity took time to help!! I will drive from San Juan Cap. to THIS Sally's because of these 2 women!!! I have worked for Nordstrom(20 years) and Costco (16 yrs) and I know customer service. Morgan and Felicity were AMAZING!
