This place used to be good. Worst experience I've ever had. My car hadn't been used in a few months so the leather seats had some gunk on them. He charged me $17 to wipe the seats down and they looked identical to when I brought it in. I spent 1 minute with armor all wipes and they got completely shiny. $17 for nothing. This place is an absolute scam!

I got a completely unsatisfactory result. The vacuuming was cursory at best, and the leather is not only still dusty, but has clear spots on it. The manager's only response was a rude and perfunctory, "Yeah, that's how we do it for $30."

Loved the service especially with extra treatment of washing my car . As well as having a gift shop filled with food/ clothing while waiting. Definitely gonna come back here!!!

Yeah this car wash you're doing okay job but it's really expensive. Charge $32 for an Audi Q5 vacuum job was suspect, found trash in the car then the dryers have their hand out looking for a $10 tip. Only reason not to go to this place as if I was desperate for a quick.

Want to see an $80 wash from this place ?Hey if you like dirty cars and throwing money away.LOOK NO MORE.Also this is my second time here and the first time was equally unprofessional. To the manager: please don't try to give me five bucks off my next go. I'm never going back, and without a complete refund, don't bother trying to remedy this.

The worst. Just bad. The manager, Serafin said that I should have gotten the upgrade. I should've known better, because the same sort of thing happened the last time I was there. My bad.

Came back 45 minutes after the car was washed and it was ready for us. They were right there to give us our keys and get the tip. When we got in the car, we noticed there were several things on the car that obviously weren't clean. One guy came over and asked if we were happy. I told him no, Look at the car. He started wiping off some of the missed spots then said he would go get the guy that worked on our car. Waited 5 minutes. No one ever returned. Horrible job on the car wash and horrible customer service. We won't be back.

Came on a Friday when it wasn’t too crowded. Had solid service and the wash was good. Driving from AZ, the bugs on the grill were baked on there. I watched the Russels crew give the attention to detail needed to thoroughly remove them and any other residue, ha. I’ll certainly be back.

I have been coming here for many years but no more.Last time the finisher had put my keys on top of my tire and so the car would not start. A reasonable mistake. But when I told him the car keys were not in the car he acted like I was making it up until he found them.Today I dropped the car off . About 5 minutes later the attendant came over and in a snotty matter said. "Is that your car? We can't wash it. There's dog hair in it. You will have to pay 30 extra dollars" It really was said in a condescending tone. I am okay with you not wanting to do the job and am aware that getting dog hair out is difficult and don't expect perfection but save the attitude.

I requested to tip in cash, so I asked for cash back, but the person handling cash laughed at my request. Not only did this make me feel uncomfortable and disrespected, but it also suggests a lack of professionalism and customer service on there part.As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and dignity regardless of my payment method or tipping preferences. I'm disappointed, not meet these standards, and I hope that you will address this issue to ensure that no other customers have to experience the same.Other then the cashier, my car came out perfectly.

The Tesla needed a good wash and for me hand washes are always my go to primary choice. Was in the area so decided to give this place a try. Went with the Gold package about $30 and they did a awesome job inside and out! I liked how they even open the doors for you and made sure ti wood over one more time if anything droplets came out. Was in and out within 30 min.
