This Ralph's store restores the joy back into grocery shopping. The place is immaculate. It is always well stocked and the aisles are clear of restocking boxes. Plus, the late night employees are just as nice as can be. ??????????

We are fans and long time Ralph’s/Kroger’s shoppers and know about apps, digital deals and regular sales, but for sure we did not appreciate this Ralph’s today. We really had to scrutinize our bill since the system didn’t recognize the five or more mix/match deal that gives you a dollar off for each item. First, the cashier was trying to say that I had to use the app and scan the coupon, these were not those type of items. Then we didn’t appreciate the manager’s attitude saying go ahead and give them the discount because he didn’t have the “time” to go and check each item… like we were wrong ! I went myself and took pictures of the items on sale. Wow, come on staff, keep your shelves and the system pricing up to date!

I used to shop frequently ar this store. I need to use an electric shopping cart and lately the cart is never charged and they only have one so it is useless. I'm being forces to shop at stater bros now.

This Ralph's is the best. I'm a single mom of two toddlers that works full time so this is the earliest I can come to the store with both kids. They store employees are the absolute best here! They are so sweet to my kids. And so kind and patient with me and trying to control them. Taking toddlers to the grocery store is always a headache for anyone. And I purposely drive here from lake forest (there's a Ralph's 0.3 miles from my house) just because the staff is always so kind to me. The clerk with the white hair (no offense it looks amazing on you) he let my 3yr old come to his off duty register to pay for her bottle pop after mom already bought all the groceries. He taught her how to give him her product and then her money and wait for change. It was the sweetest thing any clerk has done. I've gotten a lot of mean comments from other places so I just wanted to take time to thank this team!
