I brought my dog to this vet because his bottom was bothering him. It was to the extent that he would not walk. I told the vet explicitly that his bottom was the issue. The vet did not visually examine him at all. He barely felt my dog before concluding the issue was his anal glands. I took my dog home after he had his glands expressed (which cost a fortune), but his bum seemed to bother him worse. The next day I rolled him onto his back and discovered he had a very bad and bloody rash on his bottom (he had literally chewed through his skin). The area was kind of covered by hair, but I expected the veterinarian to perform a thorough inspection. I took him to a different vet and he was prescribed the required antibiotics for the infection. In short, this provider needs to work on his assessment skills. With that being said, the front office staff and techs were very helpful/kind.

I am so glad I found this office. It's the best veterinary experience I've ever had. The staff is real friendly. Dr. Baybordy really took time to explain everything going on with Journey, my golden retriever. My doggie has a few issues, he's getting old, 14, ... and the doc walked me through each one, explaining all of the options and what we can hope to expect ...
He even got on the phone with my dad right after and discussed everything again with him.
I felt like the staff was sincere, patient, and wanting to help my dog, while many other clinics have left me felt rushed.
Pricing was fair and it was easy to make an appointment.
I 100% recommend them!!

This office is Under new management. I waited for 45 minutes and finally went to another vet down the street. Was in and out and saved $200 bucks

I just adopt a dog and they take care of her. I appreciate the staff very much. Dr. Arsalan Liahgat and his staff were very compassionate and professional. I am grateful had found a wonderful local Vet.

Took my pup here an emotional wreck and they took their time with me and showed a lot of compassion! I have a bigger dog who is petrified of being at the vet but they handled her beautifully!!!

I had the worst vet experience of my life today. I've been taking my dog Hank here for over a year. I took him in for a routine check up and updated shot. The vet noticed he had allergies and prescribed a variety of meds. My total was around 500 dollars. Pretty standard considering my dog's breed. I went to pay and realized I had accidentally forgotten my wallet. I told the receptionist I would just run home and get it really quick and come back or I could call and pay over the phone. She said she would have to let her manager know. I told her that was no problem at all. She and another employee insisted I use Apple Pay but I've never used it before and they tried to walk me through it but of course you need a credit card to set it up and I didn't have one. When they released that wasn't going to work the receptionist told me that I would have to pay by the end of the day or it would go to collections. Again I told her that was not a problem as I was just going to go home and get my wallet and pay right away. She kept having to go to the back and talk to her manager, who never came out and I never even spoke to, and was gone for long periods of time. At this point I started to text my husband and family members to see if someone could give me a credit card number over the phone because I felt like they were treating me as if I was a scam artist. She then came back and said I couldn't have the meds my dog needed until I returned with a card to pay, I was annoyed but totally understood and said that was fine. She then told me I needed to sign a letter that I intended to pay and give her a copy of my drivers license. Again I told her I didn't have my wallet which contained my drivers license but I signed the form anyways. Then she just left and I was by myself at the front desk, wondering if they were ever going to give me my dog back so I could go home and get my wallet. I started to get really afraid that they had called the police on me and were holding my dog hostage until someone arrived. Finally by husband called me back and give me one of our card numbers over the phone but at this point I'm so shaken I cried all the way home. You could be the best vet in the world and I would not come back here. I've never been treated so poorly in my life.

These Veterinarian's are some of the best I've ever seen . They have been extremely helpful, caring , and thorough beyond my expectations. I have been taking my dogs here for many years and could not be happier with their help and care of my dogs . They have been awesome with the care they provide and the love they give to my dogs. I went to a dermatologist in Tustin and got screwed out of money with almost zero results. See Dr Sasha Bayborde . He is amazing ! Very knowledgeable and bright vet.

I wanted to share how this visit was so difficult for us and our kitty, yet the Dr and staff were so loving and emphatic. They helped bring a peaceful end to our wonderful relationship with our cat. We will always remember the paw-prints he left on our heart. We also thank them for the warm thoughts on the sympathy card.

We have taken our 17 yr old labradoodle along with two puppy rescues many times and have been very impressed with care and respect of Dr Amir and staff. Highly recommend.

Please please please do not take your pet here. These people flat out lied to my face, and did an exam without my permission after telling me she was just going in the back to get weighed. when I started questioning it, they held my dog against my will until I paid. I left here in tears.

Everytime we haven taken either of our dogs to pico vet the staff is always consistently prompt, thorough and they take great care of our pups. We have been incredibly happy with each visit and would definitely recommend Pico veterinary clinic if you are looking for a new veterinary clinic to care for your pups.
