I’ve been pestering their support line non stop with questions about the bike itself, best surf racks, car racks and other accessories etc. They are always quick to reply in a friendly and helpful fashionThe bike itself so far seems sturdy and durable. I’m a bigger guy and it handles me just fine.

I ordered an ALPHA MURF for my wife for Christmas, had a slight issue with one of the runner boards and the the battery sitting right... They were top notch in the way they handled it, Kaleigh took great care of me and all my issues... My wife LOVES her new ride as does my 5yo daughter....
