“I have been with BofA for years. Sometimes they are good and other times not so good. Lately, I can't stand them. However, I had a good experience at this branch today because of one person. She went out of her way to make a simple change to my account when another branch turned me away, telling me to make an appointment. Also, I would have done it by phone but the call center rep told me I had to do it at the branch.”
