horrible. sister put credit card in air mach for tire. it took her money and didn't work. she asked the attendant for help and he told her to F herself. the people who work there are compete A holes. will never go there again. avoid at all costs!

This is literally my first review ever thats how bad this place was. Clerk was some old white guy, I'm assuming an owner, and he was just creating his own laws on who is and who isn't allowed to play the lottery. My girlfriend (18) was trying to buy her first lottery ticket and he was trying to say you had to be 21 to play which is not true as I (19) have never had an issue buying lottery tickets in the state of California. He gave off a super odd demeanor and basically told us to F off, looking at other reviews it seems like this guy must have a miserable life and comes to work to ruin peoples days!!

I wish I could give it zero stars. I'm driving by myself out of town, desperate need of a gas station. I put in my GPS Arco due to budget.I get there and there 11pm on a Saturday and the pumps are locked! The pumps and card system work but they put locks on the pumps! Who then hell does that!

Pumps shut off at least 10 times when I fill up no matter how I position the nozzle only good thing is the gas is cheap

Be careful of your safety at this Arco Station at 2749 N. El Camino Real San Clemente Ca. After filling up and having the pump take for ever to fill my tank and running so slowly that the automatic shut off mechanism didn't work. Causing gasoline to pour onto the floor / under my car and around the pump. I went inside the store to inform the attendant "Michael" and he answered me with a quick Fuck You and go to another place. He even flipped me off as he verbally continued to attack me for trying to inform him of what was happening with the pump at this Arco in San Clemente Ca. Not only is this place unsafe from the malfunctioning pumps but you might get physically assaulted by this extremely aggressive attendant by the name of Michael! Arco needs to choose better and mentally stable employees. Michelle is a ticking time bomb. We ware!

Steer clear of this place if you don't want your day ruined by the idiot old clerk.He was offensive to the customer in front of me and was rude to me. Not sure what his problem is. Negative 5 stars for this jerk!

This is only the second time I filled up the Prius tank since I've had it and it was $50, wow gas is ridiculously expensive! Hopefully it will last for another two months! The clerk helped me since I didn't have any hand sanitizer. He was nice enough! The view is beautiful since it's across from the Pacific Ocean.

Walked up on a Friday and smogged my Ford Ranger in less than 20 mins. The man assisting me was super nice (older gentleman). Gave me the $10 coupon without asking. Went inside to pay and Nick was super nice too. I read a couple other reviews and it must have been a bad day for both. I had a great experience and would recommend to anyone.

Clerk working on 7/22/2021 at 8:45 very prejudice. Wouldn't allow me to use restroom even though I was pumping $64.00 of gas. What a message of hate he passed on to me ans my e tire family ! I hope his actions arnt a representation of the type of corporation he works for .

So, we needed to get gas before we returned our rental car, all in all I'd give this place a pass. First, it is at an extremely busy intersection which makes navigating a little tricky. I guess they can't help where they are located, it's just more of an inconvenience, but if you need gas, they can take care of you there. Where I am downgrading them another star is for the air machine. Swipe the card to find out that the actual air mechanism is broken and you can't actually add any air to your tires. They should really get an out of order sign on this so that people aren't wasting time/money trying to use defective equipment. They served most of our purpose so they get two stars, but I have experienced better so I can't upgrade them to three stars.
