Kevin Hood's expertise got us a great price on our house and minimized the anxiety of one of the stressful things a person can do: sell a house and move. Not only does Kevin have a storehouse of knowledge and experience on how to sell houses, but also he has a natural friendliness, caring nature and sense of humor which really helped us through the process. He is part real estate salesman and part cheerleader, encouraging us and helping us through the harder parts of selling a house, like packing up and getting rid of things. In fact, he saved us quite a bit of money and stress by offering his office dumpster for our use. He always seemed to find ways to take the weight off any burdens we were feeling. Ultimately, we got a solid, fair offer on our house within one day of Kevin listing the house! We accepted! We were extremely pleased! Kevin's support in finding a renter for us was invaluable. He helped price the rental appropriately with his local knowledge and his network and local knowledge led to the identification of multiple interested parties a few weeks before the property was available. This enabled us to time the departure of the prior tenant with the arrival of the new one very close to each other. We recommend him very highly and will use him again.

There are not enough words to explain how wonderful Kevin is: Exceptional Customer Service, Outstanding Individual Attention and the follow through is beyond amazing. Too many accolades? Not at all. When you are buying a home from out of state, you need someone you can really depend on. What does dependable mean? It’s Exceptional Customer Service. It’s Outstanding Individual Attention. It’s amazing Follow through. I have bought several homes over the years and never had the service we got with Kevin and still, as we begin our move, it continues.
