Terrible service here...completely ignored by the mean blonde lady who walked by when we tried to say hi. There was also another Spanish-speaking dark-haired woman who did not pay attention to customers at the register. No wonder there is no business!

I love this store and they have good deals. The quality of their products is also great however, my experience could have been so much better if I had a different employee help me. According to my receipt her name is Audrey, she had a very rude tone the entire time. She made me feel stupid when I answered a question and even as I was checking out she was so rude. In case she was not using her employee number on the register I will give a description of her appearance: plus size, about 5’4-5’6, sleek bun, and she was wearing an autumn colored top. Truly the worst customer service I’ve EVER EXPERIENCED! I hope she can be retrained so she can treat all customers with respect. I was at the store on May 22,2022 at 1:01 pm, I hope this can be taken seriously and something can be done to improve it.

I love the product, they have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. Right when you walk through the door what seems to be the manager, starts following you like you are in there to shop lift. She does this with all customers. I have been in there multiple times with this same lady & every time she follows people. It gives me a very uncomfortable feeling & it’s just not right!!! She is very unfriendly & has such a depressing look on her face all the time. She is a heavy set woman with a tight bun in her hair. Something really needs to be done about her!! After yesterday, I will never shop in that store again. I will shop at Kohl’s for my Jockey products from now on!!! I may go back just to take a picture of her & post it right here. I see you can post pictures.

Their prices are a little higher than Target for the same Demi bras. But target was out of my size so I came here. I made a special trip down there 45 min, on a Saturday. The rest of the mall closes at 8... they close at 6- on a SATURDAY! Saturday is a main shopping day for most people - This makes no sense to me. Of all days to close early, they choose Saturday?! Wasted trip for me. 1.5 hours of gas for nothing.

Great everything Jockey and fair prices. Tee shirt selection amazing and the material was soft a could imagine. Clean, fresh store. It's an outdoor mall which also has a pretzel store, Ruby's Diner, and a store loaded with Carmel Apples with so many topping combinations - Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory.It's all fun at this Outlet Mall, so many shops I like! Calvin Klein. Okay! :)
