The customer service is always pretty lame. There's always 2 dudes and they don't really make me feel welcome. Maybe it's because they're stoned but the older guy actually turned his back on me. The younger one was polite but I get the feeling that they aren't comfortable working there and wish they could be anywhere else. Minimal eye contact, no smiling. I've had a better time at the DMV! As for the products I got 2 Koi vapes. The design of the vape has gone downhill. Even tho I got an indica and a sativa after I opened them they looked exactly alike and had no distinguishing colors or markings. The oil reservoirs were clear so that it was obvious what they were NG. Also little rubber caps covered the mouth piece. They were lost immediately. This place could do a lot more business if it had a better vibe. But I keep going back because of the great location and I have hope that I will have a better experience next time....

I do not recommend to shop from dentist store. Bad customer service, and very expensive. I bought something when I pay saw my bill was to expensive I tried to return it right away they didn't take it back and try to give me store credit that was weird because not giving me anything no card no paper no nothing for my money only write my name on piece of paper and stick it on the shelf and I had to exchange it with something in the store Bullshit I do not recommend this store . How to make money lately and they trying to make money from us.I've been living in this area for over 25 years I never seen something like that

the employees are always so knowledgeable And positive. Ipso facto, just by going in creates its own positive experience that I have to resist the urge to hang around. . I work in a busy office and when i cannot give people the time I'd like to it feels bad. so I just appreciate the moment and double down the beautiful karma by paying it forward for the next person to also enjoy their own positive time ... I get the same feeling when I go in "the third eye" ! (just about a block north, also on El Camino Real) all around always a great experience at both enterprises !
