To be fair, I have no idea how good this hotel is. I booked it for one night and my flight was cancelled. I had to fly in the next day. Was only going to be in this area one day, Missed that appointment due to flight change to next day. They would not give a Lifetime Diamond member a courtesy cancellation. So Long story short, Will not stay and now my expectations are do not book in advance if there are plenty of hotel rooms in the area.

As the brand of this shampoo and body wash had zero inside, the hotel has a bad smell, very high prices and very old facilities, but the cherry on the cake is the Front desk girl (change that girl urgently) this is just my humble opinion, the only good thing is that it has a good location.

I have stayed at this location probably 20+ times. This past weekend I'd booked 2 rooms. I had to cancel 1 because I got very sick. My friends were able to still go and stay, which the Jacuzzi was out of order. I cancelled my room within the allotted time to cancel. To my surprise, I was still charged $218 for a night I did not stay AND they were sold out- they sold the room I cancelled!!! I spent 3+ hours dealing with them and being told the manager would call me back, which she never did! The receptionist just kept telling me they would not refund me my money. Then, Ruby told me it was the Hilton Honors app's problem. This is not an acceptable way to treat your repeat customer, who was being responsible to cancel when sick, and in the proper time frame! Very sad and disappointed!

There was a dirty towel in our bathroom upon arrival. Door in the bathroom wouldn’t lock. The ac did not work. When I called front desk agent she stated” sorry it happens often, we can move you in the morning” I was only there for a night so really disappointing that it was the only solution offered. She directed me to remove batteries from the ac unit wait 30 seconds and put them back in the unit. Guess what it didn’t solve the ac problem, shocker… the ac unit was extremely dusty. Rooms were very outdated. I would not recommend even though it’s close to the beaches STAY AWAY. The manager has yet to call me to resolve my concerns. She was “out for a few days” very convenient.

The Layout is odd. The front desk girl was nice. She thought she was doing us a favor by putting us on the side by the highway in order to see the sunset. But there was a big palm in front of the window and we couldn’t sit outside due to the constant noise. The hotel could use an update. The rug in the hall has seen better days.Breakfast was functional- seemed small for the size of the hotel.Good place for an overnight.Rooms: 2 section - living and bedroom. This was nice. The auto light in the bathroom not so much.

Where to begin...Upon arrival, we were informed that between the hours of 7pm and 6am, there would be NO POWER. Yep, NO POWER. So, if we wanted to use the restroom, let's hope we had a flashlight. I decided to use the hotel restroom because ours, didn't flush! As I went, they were laying out GLOWSTICKS in hallway to guide guests. There also was zero mention of a parking fee charged daily. The experience with the staff and front desk was awkward, they felt not knowledgeable and inexperienced. I will never stay here, or recommend this, to anyone again.

I was disappointed. Had pre-paid this months ago and my receipt said parking included. The manager said yes Parking is included but for $18 per night. She was argumentative and no intention of honouring my receipt. She told me it was my responsibility to discuss this with the third party I booked through. She never told me that there was no room service so came back from an outing to mound of rubbish and wet towels of 6 people. No linen left for fold out so had to chase that up and make bed myself. The coffee machine smelt like a moldy rag so we didn’t use it. The fold out bed was like a bowed banana and extremely uncomfortable. Our toilet blocked and needed a plunger late at night. The lady at desk told me she can’t find any plungers and it would have to wait until housekeeping returned to work in the morning. I explained this was not good enough and she needs to do something. Eventually someone turned up to hand over a plunger. At the end of our stay no one ever gave us a receipt, have had charges to my account but no invoice to explain what I’ve been charged for. Overall not impressed.Upside- spa was good and yea and coffee in foyer was handy.

King suite was a great value very roomy. Very clean bathrooms. Great standard continental breakfast. Pull out couch queen bed was pretty lumpy. Left wallet on counter when checking in and they immediately called to make sure it was returned to me.

Request a room facing away from loud highway. You won’t be able to sleep if your room faces the highway. Rooms are outdated and needing some remodeling. Way overpriced.Rooms: Outdated.

We chose this hotel because it was across the street from a wedding venue we were attending in August. Overall it was a good experience. The staff were excellent. The breakfast was great! The rooms were clean and comfortable but a little dated. The noise from the nearby freeway was somewhat disturbing the first night. I was tired enough to sleep through it the second night. Parking can be a challenge if you return later in the evening.Prices in August are very high, but I guess it's to be expected during the summer season.

If you ever stay here, and they give you room 216, immediately request for a different room. First off, upon arrival the room smelled of old mold, and the carpet was slightly damp when we stepped inside. The sofa bed was very dirty as we found crumbs inside when setting up the bed for our 9 year old child. The bedroom itself is spacious and the bed was comfortable however, the door that separates the bedroom from the living room area did not have a working lock and we had to slam and push hard for it to close. This room is above the door that leads outside to the parking lot so be prepared to hear people walk in and out whilst slamming the door, speaking, yelling loudly all night. It's also right next to the pool that is open until 10 pm so you will have a lot of noise from that as well. The view you will see: parked cars, ghetto fencing and the really ugly parts of the golf course in the area. You can also hear even the slightest footsteps from the people above you, which wasn't a issue until these people started to run back and forth for some reason and stomp really hard as they walked as well. Our family has had 0 rest and our trip was ruined but we had no other choices. Thankfully it's close to the beach and the housekeeping staff is really sweet. Other than that, I would never ever come back to this outdated and old hotel. Parts of the room were cracked in some corners and the vent on the ceiling was hanging half way open when it should be closed. This room needs maintenance!
