If there was a way to give zero stars I would, worst customer service ever. And these people don't care that you spend your money at it's wasted. Ordered a compression vest and when it came it wasn't what was expected, called and the lady said it could not be returned the vest had a million clasp in it and was having issues even trying it so know there is no way it would work for me after the surgery. I just wasted $80, I can use it and I can't return it, and pretty much the lady that I called was like "too bad" you got it already. Don't by anything from them, best you go to other companies, now I'm going to have to spend another $80 with another company to get what I want
