“We used Ultraguard to clean an ottoman and also protect several pieces of high-end furniture. We had to have the technician come back out to re-clean the ottoman and Victoria was extremely responsive, fast and helpful in getting that done. I will say, if you purchase the five-year warranty and you live in the city limits, there is a $125 fee for the technician to come and clean any stain. We weren’t told this before we purchased the warranty, so I’m quite disappointed in that regard.Service: Upholstery cleaning”

The team gave us space to browse, but when we had questions about our new, empty living room, they were incredibly helpful. Tiffany, in particular, was fantastic. She helped us choose the perfect sofa color and she helped us select complementary pillows that are sure to tie everything together.
